Simply room, comfortable. Got us out of a fix where we had been let down by another hotel.

Neighbours were horrific but not apartment owners fault

I didn't like anything about the property.

When we arrived the receptionist had problems finding our booking and then once he had found it then tried to make us move to a nearby Best Western Hotel, due to "emergency repairs", though we suspected it was due to overbooking. Eventually after some argument and with the receptionist refusing to call his manager, saying he wasn't allowed to disturb him, we were given the keys to a room. When we went in to the room it stank of stale cigarette smoke, despite it being a non smoking hotel. We went and complained again and were found another room, which did not smell of smoke. However the bed was extremely uncomfy, the shower would not retain a constant temperature and there was only half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. When we went out the next two days of our stay there was an overpowering smell of marijuana in the corridors, which we complained about to reception, but nothing concrete was done about it, especially as stated above that the hotel is non smoking with cleaning fines. We also had to ask housekeeping to replenish the toilet roll in the bathroom as they just completely overlooked this. The towels were threadbare. I also feel the description of the hotel as being serviced apartments borders on being fraudulent as all it is is hotel rooms with a few common kitchenettes, that were absolutely filthy and not in good repair. Not all of them even had fridges. There was virtually no cutlery (4 knives between 6 rooms and no forks).

I liked the wi-fi.

The kitchen didn't have anything except a toaster.

The place was just good to stay. The foods shop is alot near to Hotel. Value for money.

The bed is too old and need to replaced.

It was a spacious room and extremely good value for money.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable but for a short stay it was manageable.

The room was okay. Hard to keep to a nice temperature.

The staff are rude. They take a deposit which even after over a week. Hasn't been returned. When I called about this. The staff rude and extremely unhelpful which has made the stay sour.

1. The property is located quite close to the market areas. It is very good as we get to shop around and eat till late evening. 2. The room was very spacious, and we had plenty of beds for us.

1. Being a serviced apartment, there was a kitchen provided. However, the executive at the reception never informed us of it. We travelled with our kid, and would have availed of kitchen facilities such as microwave. While checking out, we noticed the kitchen and thought of using it. 2. The breakfast must be considered more of a snack than a meal. It contained few items - apple, 2 cheese, a croissant and a yoghurt. There was no hash browns, breads, sausages or fries.
