There was hot water.

The room condition was very bad, nothing in common wiht pictures. The only thing provided was the bed sheets, towel, toilet paper. Nothing else!

There was not anything to enjoy about the service and the value in price per night is a rip off.

The picture of the place is 150% false compared to reality. first room we checked in had mould on the walls, short space for two people, broken toilet and no space to unpack our luggage. Was moved to another room which wasn’t good but not bad either. Three nights was £213 total and was charge an additional £50 deposit to cover any damage. The beds were rock hard and left us both sleep deprived each day. A wet towel from previous guests were left in the shower soaking wet and was still left there during our attendance. Irregular house keeping, we used the same shower towels from the first day throughout our stay. Without pre-warning, the kitchen was locked over maintenance issues - which wasted our money on food we couldn’t cook. Wi-Fi was awful and was left to use data instead. Checking out couldn’t have got more worse when the staff walked out the reception to inspect our room we stayed in. Complained one of our towels were stained with makeup that’s easy to wash off. Instead of being refunded £50 deposit (which was guaranteed back if we stayed the whole three days), they had the cheek to refund £40 and kept £10 OVER A STAINED TOWEL. All towels are going to be dirty at some point. No valuable property of that hotel was damaged and there for had no right to take any money out of the deposit. Never staying there again and would not recommend this hotel for anyone.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! Nothing.

Everything. The room was filthy with stains and marks all over the walls. The bathroom floods as it's not actually a wet room just a tiny toilet with a shower 1 foot away from it. Toilet brush thrown on the floor, tiles missing and sticking out of the ground. Hair all over the bathroom. Burn holes in the sheets. Room stank of smoke, windows that don't close or seal properly, tv that doesn't work, door didn't shut properly, old food and grease in the one broken bedside table. Bed frame was falling apart and basically end up sleeping on a slat of wood covered by an old mattress all springy. Shower head on a broken stand so you couldn't face it away from the tiny 1 foot gap next to the toilet. They will refuse to take any sort of responsibility, I will be reporting the hotel to bbb. Don't even attempt to bother with the hotel they're just scammers and deny any sort of problem.

Staff not knowledgeable about location. Cleanliness need to improve. Kitchen facilities & Cleanliness need to improve ( no spoon/plate/mug/kittle ).

Just closeness to train station and stores.

Rooms were not soundproof. so much noise from other rooms and the environment. Kitchen was so dirty and smelly. No one takes care of it. No utensils, basic wash soap, bath gels, for guest.

It was not clean. Bad smell, the beds were hard and the rooms was to warm when We arrived. Needs new beds, proper cleaning of the rooms, and bathrooms.. shower.. toilet. This is not a place with a Kitchen. You can not write that in you describtion.

The staff member who checked us in was unbelievably rude. The room was not cleaned thoroughly, dirt all down the side of the bed. Awful! Along with that the reason for the stay was because of a night shift where we were working so tried to sleep in the day, realised it was very noisy as it was on a main high street, went to shut the window to find it was completely smashed! Nearly cut my arm open. Spoke to reception and he didn’t even ask us if we wanted to move rooms so I told him we were not staying there. Paid £89 for a room for 3 hours then to be told we would not be receiving a refund. Furious.

There were mice droppings in the bedroom I have pictures and I we couldn’t sleep as there we scratching noises all night from mice trying to enter our room via the walls. The duvet was stained with blood marks and the shower has mould. I’m extremely annoyed that my family haven’t slept because we’re scared. The only reason I have not told reception is that I don’t want to wake my sleeping baby for them to inspect.
