Wow this is an amazing place, absolutely brilliant location, lovely accommodation all clean and spacious. The residence is private and very secure and the staff are so amazing. this is the best place to stay in Colico.

One of most beautiful locations! especially when you relax by the pool with the view on mountains !We visited Varenna but Colico is so much more relaxing far away from all the turists…we loved the apartment,there is everything you need.We will be back ☺️

Andrea and Eleonora were amazing, easy to contact throughout our stay and extremely friendly and helpful! The apartment we stayed in was clean, lots of room and had an amazing view of the lake and mountains! The jacuzzi was really nice and romantic, we ended up using it twice! Would fully recommend and will probably be staying again!

The location is near the train and the ferry, the room is big and clean.

Very noisy, the room is very close to the railways, so we heard every train that passed from 6 am till 11 pm. Also there was a noise of people talking and construction work or something like that. The bed is not comfortable.

We arrived late but the host stayed behind to ensure we were checked in.

What a wonderful stay! We really enjoyed all the space, the cleanliness of the apartment, and the swimming pool. Andrea and Eleanora were such wonderful hosts! We loved being in Colico where we had access to everything but it was not so busy as the other areas of the lake. We would be thrilled to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Residence lake Como. The Appartement was modern and clean with a nice pool area next to it. Location was great and it’s close to everything, restaurants, grocery store and also the beach. We will definitely come back if we travel to Lake Como again. Thanks to all friendly staff!

We had a pleasent stay at the Residence Lake Como. The room we had was huge, offered a complete kitchen and if necessary space for 8 people to sleep - we´ve only been 4 persons. The rooms were clean and offered all comfort we needed. Our host Eleonore took very well care of use, guided us to the hotel parking space already before our arrival by whatsapp, manage all the check-in and check-out stuff for us and explained all the offers in the residence - sadly we only were able to use the nice pool due to lack of time. We hope we can make it to come back soon.

The parking space is especially for big cars limited - but the team was very helpful and so we made it always to find a parking space in the protected area of the house even for my almost 5m long car.

Amazing hostess and staff. We felt right at home! A dog bed and bowls were waiting for our dog when we entered the apartment. We even got to charge our electric vehicle for free right in front of the apartment. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!

Amazing and welcoming host. Great new apartment with all kitchen appliances needed. The property is located very close to the lake and very close to a lot of nice restaurants. Property has swimming pool and sauna which we did not have a chance to use, as stayed only several days. Pet friendly!

We had a perfect weekend in Residence Lake Como. Super friendly personal, new apartments. We’ve tried sauna after a long trekking day and it was very good! We will definitely be back during the summer period! thanks a lot for warm hospitality!
