THe apartment was wel furinshed, comfortable, spacious and very welcoming. Also well-equiped and on a quiet street in a green area. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating.

Heating was difficult to operate, but the host quickly came to my aid to solve this. Standing in the bathtub to shower is not possible, but this is visible in the pictures and also announced by the host.

Die Wohnung war sauber.

Gerade frisch angekommen, unfreundliche Begrüßung, weil wir einen kleinen Hund dabei hatten.Leider hatten wir vergessen den Hund anzumelden. Das hätte man auch freundlich klären können.15 Euro für den Hund ist ja nicht die Welt. Danach wurde uns unterstellt wir hätten die Tochter auch vergessen anzumelden.Dann kam eine kurze Entschuldigung, weil sie die Namen vertauscht hatte.Jetzt zur Wohnung.Schön sauber, aber es müffelt in der Wohnung. Die Betten im Schlafzimmer knarren und die Matratzen ist durchgelegen.Leider kann ich die Wohnung nicht weiter empfehlen und wir werden auch nicht wiederkommen.

Very spacious apartment with an authentic German family feel in a very quiet street of a typical coal mine settlement.

Great location, close to Moviepark Germany and Legoland. Big appartment that stayed cool in the summer. Nice bathtub and it had everything we needed. Our kid liked the box with LEGO. Andrea is very friendly. The dishwasher did not work anymore the last night. We could leave the dishes.

The appartment had a musty smell. Even after opening the windows. The mattress was a little too soft for us. Our son's dust mite allergy was bothering him al lot. The spoons were all sticky, the microwave had an intense smell. It is impossible to take a shower without making the whole bathroom and toilet wet. The couch smelled like dog and had dog hairs on it.

The very first thing should be mentioned about this property is Andrea, the landlord. As you can see her photo on the album, she is really an Energy Bomb. The property is located on good side of the city and if you have got a car, this is the right choice. There is no parking problem in front of the home and you're almost at the center of the multi-attraction points which are not more than 20 Km around. Just ask Andrea. She surely will help you. but you've to ask (she said as a German proverb) ;) The property is on the ground floor and there is only one more apartment on the 1st floor. Very quite and well furnished with kitchen and leaving room facilities. Netto supermarket is in 1Km away and there are choices of German and Italian restaurants nearby. We were impressed by the German ones. There is a fantastic greenway for walking and jogging close to the house. I had a chance to get in touch with family members. They are all very friendly, gentle and distinguished especially Mr Wolfgang, He the father of the family. He is great, wonderful, He is a MAN!
