We had a wonderful stay at The Blue Collar Boutique. It was a perfect location within walking distance of everything Telluride has to offer. It was very clean and comfortable and even nicer than the pictures. We will definitely stay here again.

Small but very cute! Lots of extra touches throughout. Everything you need is there (I’d replace the coffee maker with a Keurig for convenience and less mess). Plenty of towels and linens is a plus as well as the hot tub availability and laundry option. Secure building, friendly and helpful property management. We will stay here again!

Wonderful stay in a great location. Property was clean and well stocked. Cute decor made it feel even more welcoming. Appreciated the beers in the fridge to take to the hot tub after a long ski day. Great communication from the owner before our arrival. Easy parking spot right outside our door.

Great place to stay in telluride. The property is right next to the gondola or lift 7, and it was super easy to find. We really enjoyed our stay. Will stay here again in the future.

We were really happy with this property. It packs a lot of amenities into a really small space. We enjoyed the proximity to town. The washer and dryer are in a community space and are quarter pay.

We really enjoyed the location and liked that the riverwalk was really close. The riverwalk was a perfect way to get around town. We never had to use our car to get anywhere in town. We really enjoyed how close everything was. I would definitely stay in this unit again, it was perfect for two people.

We were only in telluride for one night before moving to mountain village but had a great stay. The room was well designed, large bathroom and very close to the gondola.

This property is at the beginning of town where you can park and walk the rest of town and explore. The room is stylish and comfortable with a large bathroom. We had a good stay, the amenities were thoughtful and the check in process was easy enough. Thanks

Booking the room was very easy and follow up communication was timely and informative. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and snacks that came with the studio, and the bathroom and bed were well suited for my 10 night stay. If there was only one thing I missed, it would have been a small oven or toaster oven. Otherwise, it was perfect for my needs and my time in Telluride was very enjoyable.

Park Your Car - You Won’t Need It!
Centrally located in Telluride made this property perfect for us! Easy to walk to restaurants, shopping, hiking trails. First floor easy access. Small kitchen but had everything we needed!

Telluride Ski Vacay
The Blue Collar Boutique was a fine property for our trip. It definitely is affordable and the location is great. There are many things that need to be updated in the condo, however, the decor is thoughtfully done which makes it a cute place. Our only hiccup was that we were kicked out right at checkout because the owner had a new group coming later that day. Our shuttle hadn't arrived, so we were stuck standing outside in the snow with all our bags for an hour. It was a frustrating way to end the trip.

Wonderful Stay in a Great Location
We had an amazing experience staying here and Luke was beyond helpful and accommodating. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and it was a great place to spend the holidays. The ski slopes were right outside the apartment and it was an easy walk to town.

Just a short walk to everything
First off, the place had a free parking area 50 feet from i you our door which is really convenient. The room was small but had all the things you needed. It had art, books, record player, blue tooth speaker, Roku tv, refrigerator and more. The place was a short walk to Colorado drive which was the place for all the shops, restaurants (no chain!), ski area, food shopping and many trails to go off into the woods for a short or long hike! Loved the place and location, would stay there again! The best thing, it was affordable.

Great location at a great price
The location was great and at a reasonable price. The unit could probably use a fan and maybe there was one there, but I couldn’t find it. Sleeping with the windows open helps, but there is quite a bit of foot traffic at various hours and not everyone is respectful of the quiet hours. The owner said to get in touch with him if we needed anything and maybe that is what I should have done. All in all it was a a good stay.

Great location, cute decor
I didn’t realize that telluride has a Mountain Village and a historic district when I booked. This place is near the historic district which I was really happy about (a much nicer place to stay. The river path is stunning. We loved the bear creek trail hike. Walking distance from lots of good restaurants.

Great affordable couples retreat
My husband and I came to Telluride a couple of years ago in the summer for our honeymoon and wanted to come back in the winter to ski. Luke’s place was the perfect spot for us to come back to. Luke was very hospitable in making the space comfortable and also provided some snacks and drinks :) Loved that the room has a kitchenette, we did breakfast a lot of mornings in the room. Perfect cozy spot for a couple. This place is a super close walk to lift 7 which we hopped on every day to ski. Also very close to our favorite restaurant in Telluride: Siam Thai! We didn’t have a car so we also walked everywhere around town; perfect spot to get everywhere you need in a quick few minutes. Thanks again Luke!

We picked the perfect location for our week in Telluride!
The Boutique is located within walking distance to everything! Except for driving out of town to explore surrounding areas, our car stayed parked in the convenient and free parking lot for most of the week.
Lift 7 was close enough to walk to, jump on, and explore the amazing and breathtaking ski area. It was so quick and easy to walk to the downtown restaurants and shopping, which are plentiful.
Luke is a very generous host, his communication is warm and welcoming, his unit is quiet and very comfortable. It was great for us in every way! Yes, we’ll be back!
