We had a lovely time at this cozy home very close to beaches. Would love to rent it again.

Everything was nice and clean. It was close to the beach which was a short walk around the corner. The view from the rooftop deck was amazing. We were there for a weekend to drop our daughter off for college. We wish we had more time to spend there. The time we had was pleasant and relaxing. Would book again!

The house was immaculate, well appointed and a very short walk to the private beach. A short walk in the opposite direction takes you to a number of popular local RI eateries. I had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property. I hope to be able to visit it again sometime.

This is a fantastic place to stay inside Point Judith's Harbor of Refuge. The breakwater / jetties mean you'll always have a safe place for kids to swim or an easy place to launch paddleboards or kayaks, with the open ocean right nearby. Easy drive or bike ride into Galilee for some of the best seafood in RI and other fun activities. Take the ferry to Block for the day. Also a bigger and beautiful state beach right nearby, not to mention lighthouse and other fun sights. The house is wonderful, perfect for a family of three to five with younger kids, a bit cozy for two couples but manageable. The roof deck is amazing, giving almost 360 degree water views. Don't forget your binoculars! We found the kitchen had everything we needed and the host was great to work with. The whole experience was great - a real gem in South County!

Property was very clean and as advertised. We loved the location being just minutes from a private beach, stores, breweries, and food. Only downside is having to carry a physical key vs keypad.

We have gone to Breakwater Village for the last several summers. The private beach is one of the main reasons why we keep going back. This house is a quick walk to the beach. The roof deck is amazing. The kitchen has everything you need to cook/ grill in a couple of nights. Hot water in the outside shower!!! The house is relatively small as you would expect but we don't spend much time inside when we are at the beach. We will be staying here again for sure.

This house is the perfect place for any looking to unwind. It was the perfect size for our family. If we weren’t at the beach we were on one of the two decks relaxing and looking at the ocean! Kerri was a wonderful host. I had a question and she was very helpful. I can not recommend this house enough. I have rented several different houses in Breakwater Village and this is by far our favorite! We had a perfect vacation and will definitely be back.

Loved the cottage. Did not like that a linen package was not offered. It was very inconvenient to bring all the bedding and towels.

Loved our stay! The rooftop deck was epic with water views. Enjoyed watching the boats while drinking our coffee each morning. The private beach within walking distance was delightful. Outdoor shower is not to be missed. The flowers in Breakwater Village are delightful. This private community cares a lot about the property and the visitors. We would stay here again. Tip: Book your reservation for Matunuck Oyster House early. It is not to be missed. Aunt Carrie's Ice Cream was delicious and generous. 1230 Ocean Bistro has an amazing view. We just scratched the surface of things to do, but really the beach was all we needed. And we could walk. Easy Peasy! Thank you Kerri!

This was supposed to be a beach vacation and after 3 days the weather turned rainy, cloudy and muggy. We left on day 4 because there really are no activities in the area you can do if you are indoors. The beds were very saggy and the couch was uncomfortable, the kitchen lacked a cutting board and the rental was either too cold when the AC was on or not cool enough when it was off. It was so muggy none of our things would dry in the bathroom. Guess this was just not the beachy vacation we had imagined.

Breakwater Village is ideal for families. We have two little guys and the private beach was phenomenal... it’s protected from huge waves— it’s on little bay. The beach was clean and just a short walk— which helps carrying all the beach toys/supplies. The house is cozy, comfortable and everything you need. Loved grilling and eating on the front deck. Morning coffee on the rooftop deck was great too. Would highly recommend. We’ll be back!

We had a great week in this cottage! We have rented in Breakwater Village for 4 years and LOVE the area! It was very clean when we arrived! We enjoyed fireworks on the upper deck and the outdoor shower was awesome! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! The queen mattress is very soft and the twin bed frame for my 11 year old moved around a lot. We were very thankful to be able to get away this summer!

We loved our stay at Kerri’s breakwater village cottage. Our family typically stays in Bonnet every June, but with a smaller group and the pandemic, we opted to change things up and stay out in Point Judith this year. The cottage was perfectly adequate for our small family and was a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The private community and beach was exactly what we needed for the week and the close by dining options made takeout quick and easy. Would easily book another stay at Kerri’s house in the future!

Perfect place for a nice long weekend. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, 5 minute walk to the beach, and everyone is very friendly. Great water pressure in the shower and a great ‘honey’ feel after a long day.

Family of 2 adults and 3 kids. The Cottage was very nice and updated. Very clean when we arrived. Kerri was easy to work with and our stay was seamless. Great little community with a short walk to a beautiful private beach with no seaweed and minimal people. The lighthouse area is a bonus and there's great seafood restaurants right down the road. Can't wait to go again next year!

Kerrie’s cottages is a quintessential seaside cottage. Very close to the water, modern yet cozy and very clean. We had a wonderful stay and took advantage of the beautiful Narragansett area. We definitely will return......

We loved our stay at this adorable, cozy location. Close to everything I cared about: beach, sand, coastline, easy biking to local restaurants! The kids had so much fun on the private beach looking for crabs, swimming and fishing. This was the perfect getaway! Owner was very pleasant and easy to work with as well. I was not thrilled to have to do my own cleaning upon departure but overall the stay was so great it wasn’t a big deal. Definitely will be back!

We loved our stay at Point Judith. The cottage was perfect - professionally cleaned with everything you would need. 3 minute walk to a lovely private beach. We stayed with our 2 children (9 and 6) and they had a blast for the week - hours of fun on beach and watching the sun set with fish and chips in the evenings. Highly recommended. We’ll be back!

This is our second stay here and can't wait to return. Kitchen is well equipped . Enjoyed having breakfast on the front deck and watching sunsets from the rooftop deck. This home is extremely clean and well maintained. Kerri was great to work with. Enjoyed being able to walk to the beach. All positive nothing negative about this perfect getaway.

Location can't be beat. Less than a 5 minute walk to multiple beaches, and a quick 15 min bike ride to the Block Island ferry. Rooftop deck and front deck are both fantastic spots of the property. House was clean and appears very well maintained for a seasonal cottage. Kerri is very responsive and does everything she can to make your stay exceed expectations. Would certainly rent this property again in the future!

This cottage was absolutley lovely, inside and out. The rooftop deck is wonderful and offers stunning views. The cottage is steps to a beautiful and private beach. Kerri was very accommodating, prompt to respond to any questions i had and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend staying here and i will for sure be back to stay for another girls weekend.

My family and I (2 adults & 2 kids) rented this little cottage for a quick get away to explore RI. This cottage was the perfect size for the 4 of us and had all of the necessities and an amazing roof deck to boot! We loved the location, allowing us to explore several Narragansett beaches, Block Island, and Newport! This cottage is very well maintained and clean. We would definitely rent this cottage again!

The owner of this property is a gem! She is prompt, professional and caring. The property was in pristine condition and every tiny detail was in place to make our stay pleasant! We were thrilled to find a gorgeous lobster/steamer pot along with all the utensils to cook a great fish feast. There is a private beach that is kept in beautiful condition with considerate residents, the dog beach is nearby and so is everything else! The location of this cottage is perfect! It is minutes from Aunt Carries, Point Judith Lighthouse, and Galilee. You can hear the ocean in the evening and there is a gentle breeze at all times. There is a porch area and the PRIZE is the top deck - it overlooks the rooftops of the other beach homes and you can see the ocean as well. My husband and I spent each evening after dinner enjoying the stars and the sound of the ocean! This place is heaven! Stop looking any further for a beach cottage...this one is it! The cottage was exactly as advertised and just what we were looking for. Kerri (the owner) is completely organized and provides you with a binder full of information about the house and surrounding area. It seemed as though she had thought of everything. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities we were looking for (decks overlooking the ocean, outdoor shower, grill & a very short walk to the beach). The rooftop deck is awesome!! We started our day on it with coffee looking out at the ocean, and ended our day with a glass of wine watching the sunset. The house sits in a quiet little village that was perfect for our kids to ride their bikes throughout. The private beach doesn't have big waves, but the sand is smooth and the water is clear. When our kids wanted to ride waves we would drive a short distance to one of the public beaches. This cottage is really perfect for a couple or anyone with a small family. We would certainly recommend staying here and are already looking forward to renting again next year!!
