La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour tous vos besoins culinaires, y compris pour 5 personnes. Les salles de séjour bénéficie d'un canapé-lit inclinable, queen size, TV écran plat / DVD, la radio et Internet haute vitesse sans fil. 2 chambres à coucher, une avec un lit de taille, l'autre avec lits jumeaux / superposés complets. Salle de bains dispose d'une unité de douche stand up, et dispose également d'une autre douche chauffée qui peut être trouvé à l'extérieur. Cottage dispose également de la climatisation centrale et de la chaleur pour plus de confort. Wonderfully equipped and clean house to enjoy the RI coastline. Great location near Point Judith Lighthouse. I enjoyed walking along the private beach and out to the Lighthouse each day. Rob was a really great host and checked in to ensure I had everything I needed.

This home was very clean. It has all the things you need in the kitchen ( even though we didn’t use any).
It is a bit small because the beds are full size and twin. So, not a lot of space to share the bed when one is 6’4. Also, the beds are covered in plastic covers to protect the mattress, which is good to keep things clean, but we felt the warm from this and were hot.
I have it a 4 star review because of this, and because one has to geo g all bed linens, covers and pillows, plus all personal towels which takes up a lot of space in the car.

Had an amazing few day getaway with my wife. Rob was very helpful and always offered to help if needed. Property was very cozy and the environment of the neighborhood was a nice relaxing experience. We will be back!

We stayed for a couple of nights at the end of December, so we can't say how busy it is in the summer. The house itself was well laid out, clean, and stocked well (plenty of cooking utensils, silverware, plates, etc). The owner was very good to deal with, he was in touch right away and responded quickly when we had a question.

My husband and I had a great time. Rob’s house is very cute and an incredible location. We met his neighbors and they were so friendly and we had fun hanging with them. The space was spotless. Perfect getaway. The only disappointment was that the outdoor shower wasn’t functional. I was really looking forward to that, however it did not have an impact on our great weekend.

We had an amazing time staying at Rob’s place for a little 3 night family getaway. The house is very comfortable and the location is perfect being walking distance to the beach and other nearby restaurants. We would definitely come back!!

I grabbed this as a lil weekend getaway right before the crazy tourist season starts down there in Gansett and lemme tell ya it was worth every penny. The atmosphere of the community and the cottage itself was cozy & therapeutic. Rob (property owner) was very communicative and pleasant, def recommend to anyone & everyone who is thinking about getting some R&R in the Narragansett area

We had booked three nights a few weekends ago for our anniversary. Being extremely Covid cautious we planned to eat our meals outside or in the cottage. It was very cold and windy the first 36 hours, which made it a little challenging, but the close proximity to the cute little beach was nice, and the cottage was very clean. We unfortunately ended up heading home after only one night because of torrential rain and high winds.. Rob was easy to communicate with and sympathetic. We took a chance on the weather and sadly it did not work in our favor, but no fault of our hosts or the cottage!

Steps from the beach so you can take that walk anytime. Very nice area. Great diner and restaurants close by. The cottage was clean and well equip. Strong Wi-Fi. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Rob’s place is just what we were looking for, a classic and cute beach house in Point Judith. It’s actually even walking distance to the lighthouse and such a cute little community. The house is a perfect balance of updated where you would want it, without losing the vintage charm— and very clean. Rob was helpful and easy to communicate with too. Great experience, we hope to come back soon. Oh, and if you come in winter as we did, the heat works fine!

As noted all 5 s given above. The cottage is very small and can only accommodate 2 adults comfortably though. The small gas stove might be a little tricky to use for some guests.

This was our first trip to Rhode Island and we were so pleasantly surprised. The rental was perfect for the three of us! We appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the well-stocked kitchen. The location was steps to the beach and the village of properties was well-kept and convenient to restaurants and shops.

What a wonderful little cottage in an adorable community! Rob has thought of everything to make things comfortable in a cozy cottage. We were there in the fall and unfortunately the weather was cool, rainy and windy so we didn't get to enjoy the beach, outdoor shower or grill. But we saw all those things and think they'd be great in better weather. The neighboring houses are close but neighbors are very friendly. Since it was rainy we enjoyed hunkering down in the house, napping, watching tv, reading and drinking wine - a nice way to relax from busy lives. Thanks for a great stay Rob!

As soon as we walked in the door the cottage was exactly what we were looking for. So bright, clean and adorable! We absolutely loved the location with easy access to the beach and fishing which my husband enjoyed.

At first I was like ok. Houses on top of each other. It’ll be ok. When I ever opened that door and saw the cuteness overload of that cottage house, I fell in love. Definitely beachy! Beach access Simple theres a walk way and there are stairs to the right. Beach very close and big enough to have the feel of a public beach but no people and soft sand sooo serene and relaxing. Absolutely wonderful. Will return to that area for sure! Western PA Native Rhide Islander

Great weekend getaway!
We stayed here for the weekend of our son’s graduation from JWU. It was comfortable, cozy, very clean, and larger and lovier than it appeared in photos. We’d recommend this stay to others and would happily return. Rob was a communicative and helpful host - thank you!

Beautiful area
What an adorable cottage. It is surprisingly roomy. Very comfortable. All necessities are provided, and the grill worked really well. The area is super quiet and peaceful. I went on several walks around the neighborhood and down to the beach and met a few people on my travels. This is an area I never knew about and I loved it, and the cottage. 😀

We absolutely loved it here! Big enough for our growing family of 4. Perfect beach for young kids! Perfect distance to the beach and restaurants! The cottage was super clean and the outdoor shower was great! We will be back as a family of 5!!
