Amazing

This was easily the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. The house was great, the theme was fantastic, the hot tub under the stars was a delightful way to end each day. Communication was straightforward and simple. All in all a pretty perfect stay.

Our group of 3 ladies had an excellent stay here. The 3 bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the living area was nice for hanging out in after our trekking around. We'd definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a cute and comfortable place in West Sedona.

Loved this Sedona home. We enjoyed the tea party theme, hiking sticks, and the outside area. We enjoyed out stay so much. Stars are beautiful, loved site seeing, and all the hikes near by. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home! We will return!

A group of us from all across the US gathered in this relaxing retreat for a long weekend. The property was in an excellent location to easily get to activities, food, and breath taking scenery. We spent the majority of the time relaxing in wonderland, though. The adorable theme was mood enhancing. The hot tub was divine. This was exactly the vacation home we needed to recharge together.

We truly enjoyed everything about this house and the helpful nature of our host. Loved every single things. Details were amazing

House was clean and well equipped, everything in working order and a great location also much roomier than it appears in photos. Communication was excellent, great stay for our first trip to Sedona.

This property was perfect for our family of 5 adults. The location was just outside of the main part of town, but just blocks from restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Upon arrival, we easily entered the property and were pleasantly surprised at the quality, size, whimsical decor and amenities available. We brought our own board games, but there were many available at the house and even dress up hats/costumes in the closet for children (if you have them) nice touch! We used the hot tub- but couldn’t get any power to it, initially. Messaged the owner & she promptly answered & guided us how to fix it.. (we fit 3 adults- but you might be able to swing a cozy 4). One night, I experienced two groups (small herds of 7 & ~5) of the local javelinas (they look like a boar gone wrong - lol) passing through the side of the yard late at night while sitting on the back porch. Wow! That was a crazy, but exciting experience for us all.. then we noticed statues of these pigs around town. Apparently they can run up to 35 mph & are definitely wild so keep a clear distance! :). Everything you need & more was supplied at the house. My only suggestion is to be careful of temperature adjustments in the showers- the temps can get extremely hot. The beds were good, but a little soft (just an opinion). Overall, I was impressed with this well, thought-out, clean and whimsically decorated place. It definitely made for a positive experience for our family and one that I would definitely recommend! Thanks, Mel!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Wonderland! It offered all the amenities of home and isn’t far at all from adventurous hiking trails or downtown. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores to choose from! Thanks again for sharing your home with us!

Great space for a big group. We had 6 in our party. Location was perfect right in the heart of Sedona. Beautiful house with a hot tub!

Nice house with close access to great hiking trails. The hot tub was great for relaxing after a hike. Now a few nit picks, the carpet in the master bedroom is worn out and stained. Having to contact Mel to change the HVAC setting was odd. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

We had a great week long stay here! Location is great! Close to everything, but not right downtown with the crowd and traffic. I am tempted to start decorating using an Alice theme too now! Hot tub was wonderful to soak in after hiking!

We have been to Sedona many times, always lured by its neverending hiking options and unmatched, red rock beauty. This time we decided to try out a VBRO option. Let me start by saying how much we enjoyed the location. It's placed just a few short blocks off the main thoroughfare in a quiet residential area in Western Sedona. The hot tub in the back yard accommodates 3-4 people and has a great view of Thunder Mountain by day... and breathtaking views of the starry (non-light poluted) skies at night. The inside of the home was such a treat. A fun, whimsical and very comfortable respite. The owner paid great attention to the detailed, yet not over the top, Alice in Winderland decor for this home. This home was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was super functional and offered many 'like home' amenities. The bedrooms were comfy with beautiful bedding and linens. Its two, full bathrooms were clean and well kept. We didn't have to interact with the owner very much, but when we did have questions or inquiries, she was very quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back. Hopefully sooner vs. later! The Hav Family

We enjoyed outstanding hospitality during our four day stay at Wonderland. This home exceeded our expectations. It was sparkling clean, charming, with great attention to detail (numerous towels, well-equipped kitchen, excellent washer and dryer). The neighborhood is extremely walkable and backs into phenomenal hiking. We loved relaxing in the hot tub at night under the stars. The beds were comfortable and the “Alice in Wonderland” theme was delightful. Mel provided clear, cheerful communication from pre check-in to post check-out. There was ample information about great hikes, restaurants etc. Our kids (6 and 8) loved every moment and we cannot wait to return!

Close to everything we needed for our getaway. Very close to some great quick trails with amazing views, even for beginner hikers. Mel (property contact) was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Us and another couple walked into a pleasant surprise when we opened the door to this house. It’s roomy, clean, and comfortable. Amazing location, hot tub is clean and easy to use (be sure to turn off back light to get best view of stars). Communication with owner was beyond expectations and they provide an informational welcome book. One insignificant complaint, the coffee maker might be on its last leg. :).

Everything was very clean and comfortable. The Alice in Wonderland Theme is fun (without being too much). Close to everything you want to do in Sedona as well as good places to eat. Hottub in the backyard was a great bonus!

We were two friends taking advantage of an extended work trip to enjoy the red rocks. The house is located in an easy to get to location, it is close to restaurants and groceries but off the main road enough to enjoy the quiet. Check-in was a breeze, Mel sent us a text the day before we arrived with the lock punch pad code. On the lock pad, inside the house, there is a small lever and we inadvertently turned it and that disengages the lock, we learned... if you turn the knob on the inside the lock does not engage on the outside - so don't make that mistake! The house is very spacious and although it was just the two of us, it could easily accommodate at least 4 or 5 people comfortably. We struggled to get the TV and internet going at first but Mel helped us work through it. It was nice to have a full-size washer and dryer to wash a few things with the provided detergent pods - thank you! The kitchen is rather large and although we did not cook any meals, other than using the microwave, it would be easy to do. There is a large refrigerator, dishwasher, and a very large table. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes and things you would need to roll out a proper meal if needed. It was also nice to have extra blankets available in the linen closet and the bathrooms had all the essentials, even shampoo, and soap for the shower. There were plenty of towels and even extra-large beach towels for the hot tub! NOW, the hot tub! We enjoyed the heck out of the hot tub! We were hoping for nights full of stargazing at the milky way but the full moon had other plans - wow, how brightly the full moon shines in the Sedona night sky! Each night, to our surprise we were accompanied by a small herd of javelina! At first, my friend, who is from Buffalo, NY was shocked by their presence but I was not having lived in Texas for 14 years. They were a joy to watch as we soaked in the hot tub. They rooted around the back yard and the side yard for food and made the most interesting sounds - it was amazing to experience this so close. I am not sure they knew we were even there... they just went about their business and we went about ours. It was truly amazing! We had so many questions about them and luckily there was a book all about javelinas inside the house on the bookshelf that answered all of our questions! Additionally, there are lots of informational materials in the house about the area and things to do, that was nice. Exceptional stay!

Cute themed house, comfortable, good location, reasonable walk/drive distance to restaurants, but the hot tub puts it over the top!

This house was great! We lacked for nothing, (except cable TV). (There were TV options available, so don’t let this deter your decision). However, we didn’t reallyhave time for TV. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Sedona. We definitely would rent this property again. Thank you so much for your part in making our trip to AZ an amazing experience.

Great relaxing stay in Sedona! House is georgeous and you can walk to some of the trailheads from here. The hot tub was so perfect after a long hike.
