Belle 5 chambres, 3. 5 salles de bain maison de 2 étages dans les dunes populaires Bear Trap avec 2 piscines communautaires en plein air, piscine intérieure, centre de fitness et tennis. Possède également un club-house et 3 terrains de golf de neuf trous et un restaurant sur les propriétés. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Ne pas fumer. Des frais d’inscription de 50 $ par personne sont payables au maître d’ouvrage pour les badges, ce qui vous permet également d’utiliser BEACH SHUTTLE. Ne vous inquiétez pas pour une place de stationnement ou des compteurs. Vous êtes largué en plein milieu de la ville de Bethany Beach. La navette circule toutes les 30 minutes. La véranda de 40 pieds permet une d��licieuse soirée de détente surplombant le parcours de golf. Cette maison dispose d'un grand espace et d'une magnifique suite principale au premier étage, ainsi que de 2 autres chambres. Décoré et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. This is our 2nd stay at this lovely home and we look forward to going back again. Nice large, fully furnished rooms and has all the kitchen amenities you could need. Big plus, it's always so perfectly clean which is huge for me.

Bear Trap Dunes was a wonderful place to spend one week and take advantage of on site amenities as well as the neaeby beaches. House was very comfortable for the 10 of us.

the house was big and beautiful 10 adults and 2 children we had plenty of space kitchen had everything you can think the house had everything you can think of even chairs for beach and umbrella the only minor thing is the sliding doors were a little hard to close the upstairs A/C could have been cooler at times compared to the downstairs one. We all loved the house I would go back in a heartbeat. Amenities pools were great shuttle is great only thing it should leave you closer to the beach.

We were impressed with the property, more amenities than we thought and it was sparkling clean. The ride to beach with our Bear Trap passes was so convenient. We did have an AC problem upstairs, twice. Someone came right out to fix it, lines were leaking and it had happened before we got there as well. Hopefully owner has had it fixed.

This home was a surprise to us with the size and condition. It was much larger than anticipated and more beautiful! We throughly enjoyed this house!

We have stayed in Bear Trap Dunes for a number of years now. This was our first year at this property (our previous rental was sold by the owner recently). We had a great time, as expected. The house is much more roomy than we anticipated from looking at the video, and we were very comfortable. The location is great. and there is a lovely large screen porch that looks over the golf course Our only wish is that it had a slightly larger dining room table (there is plenty of room for it) so that we could accommodate more of our party of 11 people. However, we would certainly stay there again in the future.

Needed to get away with children and grandchildren during Covid. Home was beautiful, extremely clean and equipped with everything you could possible need. Really felt like home. Close to pool, beautiful view and perfect for our toddler and teen grandchildren. Will definitely be back again with rest of our family.

The open concept family room/kitchen area was perfect for us all to gather in without feeling cramped. And there was plenty of space for everyone to have there own down time. The screened in back porch was a great bonus!!!!! This house was beautifully decorated and the kitchen completely stocked with everything imaginable-even cookbooks!!! The wonderful neighborhood pool, tennis courts and clubhouse are just a short walk down the street. And the beaches and boardwalk are just a super short car ride away. Fenwick State Beach was about 10 minutes by car and turned out to be our favorite thanks to the public bathhouse and smaller crowd. We would absolutely recommend this home to everyone!!!!
