Little fishing cabin by the lake “Come catch some memories “
Cette petite cabane en rondins est parfaite pour votre prochaine escapade. Livré entièrement meublé et est situé juste en face du magnifique lac Guntersville. Une chambre est dotée d'un lit queen-size. La zone de loft a un matelas queen et il y a aussi un lit d'appoint si nécessaire. La cuisine est entièrement équipée (assiettes, ustensiles, cuisinière, grand réfrigérateur, grille-pain, cafetière et etc). Notre propriété est située dans la partie centrale du lac et est à seulement 2 miles de la rampe de bateau la plus proche. Il y a aussi un abri couvert pour vos bateaux et / ou véhicules avec branchements électriques. Il y a aussi un abri contre la tempête et l'accès à la laveuse et à la sécheuse sur la propriété

Everything was great. Cabin was clean, had everything needed in kitchen, bathroom, etc. Literally no complaints. Highly recommended.

Everything we wanted to do was close by
We were able to visit all the state parks the lake & Tennessee River is very close to be able to visit. We got to enjoy the antique stores downtown very safe areas.

the cabin itself was perfect; but, according to the description online, it was just a minutes walk to the river. well, that minute took me to private homes on the same road and i could not access the river without walking thru their yards. since i thought id be able to fish or just sit waterside, i did not make other plans to be at the water somewhere else.

Lake trip
Very nice owner and property is super convenient to a ton on public boat docks. Place was clean and maintained well. We enjoyed the solitude that was still just seconds away from all the stores and restaurants you could want. We plan on definitely staying with this owners property again for sure

Cozy, quaint, and comfortable
Clean, well-equipped, and quiet. It's all I expected and would recommend no more than three people for any extended amount of time unless you have no problem just having a place to crash after each day of fishing..
It's within close proximity to some great boat ramps and fishing areas. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

The place was smaller than I expected even from the pictures, but was ok. The location was my biggest issue. It was in someone’s backyard. No access to the lake, or anything of interest. Of course no view as the front door opens to the back of someone’s trailer. Definitely not worth the price especially when you add the required cleaning fee and insurance. We would have saved a lot of money, had more space and a better location had we stayed at a hotel.

Excellent Getaway
Everything was exactly as advertised. Everything in the house was comfortable and clean. The property owner was attentive, nice & quick to respond to every question & communication was excellent before & during our stay. I even messaged him on Thanksgiving day with a non-emergency question and he answered. I would definitely recommend.

Cleaning Fee
This was a cozy enjoyable stay. Location was close to town. The only thing I was disappointed in was the cleaning fee. I felt the price per night was fair but it should have covered the cleaning fee as well.
