Everything about our stay was perfect. I brought our team for the weekend with us playing at the Cedar Point sports center. My team and my wife absolutely loved every aspect of it. Everything was as advertised and it was a lot of fun. Hoping to make it a yearly team tradition!

Loved staying here! It was very clean, had everything we needed, was super close to cedar point and pleasantly surprised at the proximity to restaurant choices downtown, which were great! We’d definitely stay again!

This was our second time staying here! We visited for a girls weekend in October 2022 and September 2023. This condo is fantastic. The big couch and high top table was perfect for relaxing, snacking, and enjoying the game on Saturday evening. It is less than a 5 minute walk to outstanding local bars and restaurants. Also 5 minutes from the Jet Express in Sandusky (service to Kelly's Island and Put-In-Bay). There are activities everyone enjoyed and most of all it is a great place to spend time hanging out on our min vacation. Brad, the host, answered every question in a timely manner (immediate is more like it 😉). Check in and Check out are a breeze. The requests of the host are so easy and reasonable! Also September was more walkable as it was warmer (without being hot) and the Jet Express was still running out of Sandusky. A+++

This was such a nice property and space for our family to enjoy. The Dennings were very responsive to my inquiries both prior, during and after our stay (even mailing items left behind without any problem!). If you are in need of a large space to enjoy family time, relaxation, and just being in an overall welcoming environment you have found it with this one! Thank you so much for making an already enjoyable trip that much more!

Very nice! Loved it!! Very nice pool kids loved that and the game area Only problem we had was middle bedroom downstairs the overhead lights quit working on our 2nd day but we had bedside lamps for lighting. Maybe a fuse or breaker we didn't mess with that...

For the most part we all had a great time. The only recommendation we had was change out the bedding and add more pillows. The beds all came with one pillow per person. For example, the King bed and Full only had two pillows on it. We found additional pillows in the closet but no pillowcases. We inquired if there were pillowcases for the extra pillows and owner responded no. Also, the comforters seemed dingy and not clean. I would recommend updating bedding especially since guests are spending a lot of money to stay. Also there were no toiletries provided. All in all, we had a great time and the location was perfect.

We had a girls weekend in Sandusky and stayed at Bradley's place - it was really clean and actually felt bigger than it looked in the photos! The building is in a gated area and felt really safe, and is right next door to the ferry which we took to Kelley's island for a day. It's also right near a bunch of cute restaurants and bars with patios, live music, water views, etc. Thank you again for a great weekend!

Property was great for a student retreat. Plenty of room for all 9 of us, as well as fun games, pool and hot tub. Very clean and comfortable!

My friends and I finally found a weekend that would work for us to get away. We found this listing on VRBO and our experience was even better than we expected. Everyone commented on the cleanliness and how easy it was to get in and meet up. There were 7 woman who stayed over the weekend, arriving in 2 groups, and two others who joined us for dinner, one Friday, one Saturday. We didn't plan our days ahead, and we were so please to find how completely walkable historic downtown Sandusky is!!! We found great restaurants, the pier, Mr. Smith's Coffee House, and so much more. On Saturday evening we decided to stay in and hang out. The dining table sat 8 and was comfortable, convenient, and the perfect place to hang out! We snacked and played board games while watching college football in the background. The space gave us room to be together, while NEVER feeling cramped. There was plenty of space to gather and the ability to be alone, if you wanted. The beds were very comfortable and we were all able to have our own beds (the top bunk was still free)! Brad is highly responsive and easy to deal with. The morning check out was 10 am and what we were asked to do (take out trash, put towels in the tub) was easy, and absolutely reasonable. We agreed this was the perfect place for our first group getaway after 30+years of friendship! We definitely think it is the perfect place for family or friends to be together.

Great setting…easy walking distance to restaurants and shops…and only a few miles to Cedar Point Amusement Park! Definitely recommend staying here…you will love it!! ♥️😊

This place was everything we hoped for…great location, great amenities and very comfortable for our group of 8. The unit was spacious and furnished well to comfortably accommodate sleeping, dining and just hanging out together.

Very nice loft!! Clean, fresh, and kitchen was well equipped!! Centrally located to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping!! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub!! The manager answered any questions whenever I reached out to him. All in all a great place to spend a few days on vacation!!

Our stay was delightful! Our daughter and her family were visiting from their home in Australia. Her wish was to revisit Sandusky. . and of course Cedar Point. She and her brother , who also visited, were born in Sandusky in the 70's when my husband worked for Scott P{aper. The condo was located right on the waterfront remarkably close to where the Scott Paper Plant used to be. It was within walking distance of the boats which ferried folks to the Lake Erie Islands, as well as to quaint eateries. We found the lodging clean as a whistle with spacious rooms and bathrooms. It really was a home away from home for the duration of our stay.

Such a beautiful place to get together with my sisters! Spacious, beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything you need! Great location by the lake within walking distance to restaurants. We felt right at home the minute we arrived. Bradley is a perfect host and was quick to respond to any questions. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

The condo was perfect for our group of all ages. More than enough room and easy access to everything in and around Sandusky. Brad was quick to respond to questions and was extremely helpful.

We celebrated my sons 14th birthday here from louisiana and absolutely loved the place. Very spacious and clean. I would highly recommend. Brad was readily available for questions.

We held a bachelorette party and this place did not disappoint. Clean, comfortable and gorgeous. We loved the view of the lake and getting around to Kelly’s island was a quick walk away. The pool was refreshing and a perfect place to hang with the girls before heading to the islands.

We loved the convenience to Cedar Point almost as much as the comfortable beds and cleanliness! Highly recommend!!
