Questo appartamento è una casa mobile divisa in 4 camere, ciascuna con bagno privato. Sei nel mezzo del deserto sotto al Grand Canyon. La posizione è ottima perché in 20 minuti sei all’ingresso del parco. La comunicazione con il gestore puntuale e precisa. Pur essendo in mezzo al deserto, acqua calda e riscaldamento senza problemi. Pulizia discreta, c’è la moquette. Forno a microonde presente. C’è da fare una strada sterrata, pensavamo fosse di più invece è circa 2 km, senza buchi e senza problemi.

Niente in particolare. Sicuramente bisogna arrivare con del cibo perché intorno non c’è nulla. È forse consigliato arrivare quando c’è la luce perché col buio i numeri delle casette fanno un po’ fatica a vedersi.

Reasonably priced accommodation close to Grand Canyon with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Clean.

This is mobile home located in mobile home park .There is no emergency phone number. You can only contact owner through the booking site. One evening we came and the lights were not working. Fortunately bath light worked and there was a working table lamp. So it was inconvenient but not critical. We contacted the owner and he responded the next morning. But if electricity was down completely and we had no lights/heating that would be a different story, it was November and nights were very cold. Another small minus is 1 mile road to the property off the main highway and this gravel road is in very bad condition. You have to go very slow unless you have a jeep.

Acoustic Isolation is not very good between each room and between the room and outside. the neighbors doesnt have to be noisy, but you will hear them talking and snoring. You also will hear the vehicles driving on the stones near the rooms, even if they drive really slowly. If you want to sleep late in the morning and need a full dark to well sleeping, take a eyes mask, because its gonna be bright when the sun is rised For me, the mattress needs to be changed. Okay +/- for one night…

Beautiful place at only 30 minute to Grand Canyon national Park!! I recommend it!
