Water wasn't hot enough for everybody to have a shower

The villa is in a nice location a few meters from the beach the facilities are lovely and the showers if the hot water works😂 are wonderful the beds are comfy Akasi the lady in charge does her best to keep you happy

1The villa is built on a slope and during the time we were there the pool was in the shade until the afternoon so if you wanted to sit in the sun there wasn't any because the house shaded it. 2 There is no where to sit inside to eat a meal only if you the garden furniture inside. 3 The house is no longer surrounded by olive trees they have cut them down and are building another villa below the villa so the villa is very exposed to the opposite hotel and road which somewhat spoiled the whole idea. The last thing was after the second day the hot water failed so we had to move to another villa belonging to the same firm which was most annoying. The house is new and I think lacking in character and small things missing like dustbin bags tables for the dish washer

Perfect stay, ideal location! :-) We stayed in this unique, just built architectural jewel, which was absolutely amazing! Everything was brand new and super clean! Stunning views from large verandas, only a few steps away from a lovely beach with crystal clear, emerald waters, restaurants with local cuisine nearby, we literally couldn’t ask for anything more! The pool is divine, we loved the sun loungers in the shallow part of it; such a special place to spend a completely relaxing day, surrounded by abundant olive trees... The villa is equipped with everything we needed and Agathi, the hostess of the house who is local, gave us some excellent suggestions. It’s a marvelous house, ideal if you want to reconnect with nature and especially with the sea, while being at the same time close to everything you might need! We totally recommend it and would love to come back!
