Absolutely everything is taken care of for a wonderful stay at Tamariz. There isnt a stone unturned fom Egidia from what her clients may require during there stay. A truly breathtaking appartment

We really loved the apartment - the apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with two bathrooms and two balcony - it is equipped with literally anything you can think of - the location is perfect; it is close to the airport and to Funchal yet still quiet, a supermarket and a bus stop is just below, nice pebble beach is in walking distance and there is a choice of restaurants nearby - the sunrise over Desartas Islands is magical - Egidia is a great host, very friendly and always ready to help

Apartement is modern, confortable, big and very nice. There is availible for example washing machine, dishwasher, towel to the shower and also to the beach, torch to the cave, PC, TV etc. Miss Egídia is very kind, she gave us information about local restaurants. I can only recommend this apartement.

Fantastic spotless flat with great view over the bay. Super friendly hostess who has gone out of her way to ensure there is every home comfort and everything we need - even down to a Xmas tree!

Nothing - wish we could have stayed for longer.

The view from the living room and balcony over the sea is fantastic! You can see the Ilhas Desertas on the horizon changing with the weather. The apartment is only 2-3 years old, spacious and comfortable. Everything imaginable in terms of cooking, washing, linen and so on, is there. The owner is very helpful in terms of explaining everything, from all (Siemens) machinery to possible outings. When I found something missing, she immediately bought it. There is a dedicated parking place is in the basement. Bus 155 was only 50 meters away and took me in 30-45 minutes to Funchal. Downstairs is a supermarket with meat, fish, vegetables and fruits, as well as a well as a bakery.

Construction work near the apartment during daytime working hours was somewhat noisy. I spent most of my time in the apartment, doing a lot of writing, and did appreciate their breaks. Looking at their digging speed they will be finished soon.
