Hotel facile pour une pause sur un long trajet; confortable ; avec les standards de la chaine. toujours une bonne literie et un bel espace salle de bain

le parking partagé avec l'ibis budget ne permet pas d'accueillir tout le monde nous avons du laisser notre voiture dehors , le parking est trop juste et en plus il y a beaucoup de fourgon

Solicitamos una cuna, y cuando llegamos solo nos dieron la base de la cuna, sin colchón, y pretendían que un bebe durmiera ahí… como si a nosotros adultos nos dieran un somier y sin colchón o nos dijeran de dormir en el suelo. Para más inri pagamos por adelantado y no nos devolvieron el dinero en el momento, estamos esperando a que nos lo devuelvan porque evidentemente no nos quedamos allí a dormir, teniendo que buscar otro sitio en el último momento con opción de cuna para un bebé. Me queda decir que en su momento confirmaron la cuna, cuando llegamos ni había cuna en la habitación ni lo sabían, debieron de sacar lo que tenían en ese momento… solo la base.

This hotel used to be classed as a Tesla Destination Charger and all included within the price. The charger is now an additional 20Euros, which makes the hotel over-priced for where it is and its other facilities.

it’s cleanliness was superb. location very convenient. beds and pillows were very comfortable.

we arrived at about 1645 after a long and tiring journey thanks to the GPS not being updated by Avis. the receptionist was not very helpful. I had hoped for a cup of tea which was not available as there was no kettle etc in our room and nothing available from reception. We asked about the bar being open for a soft drink and was told she didn’t know about the bar she was too busy. we later found there was a complementary coffee machine. Not having a compendium in the room we did not know how to call reception. absolutely no advice from the receptionist who was on duty. we were also not very impressed with the staff clothing. we did not know staff from the people staying.

They charged my credit card for no reason and are refusing to make a refund. Feels like fraud.

A good distance out of town - 30-40 min walk . Breakfast good choices . Helpful friendly staff
