The ambiance was very good. There was plenty of space in the room. The bed was very comfortable as well. Staff attentive to our needs.

We felt the food menus were a bit limited in choice however the food was of a good standard. The breakfast menus need to be looked at, as other establishments we stayed at offered both hot & cold breakfasts with many varieties of choice.

Good location for walking into town. Nice rooms and a good breakfast.

A lovely hotel in a really peaceful area. The room was really clean and comfortable and well set out, the ensuite also had an exceptionally good shower. The staff are very welcoming.

Lovely stay, the room was spacious and comfortable and all the staff were very attentive and welcoming.Breakfast was very good and the location is just a 5 minute drive from all the attractions.

The only very slight improvement that could be made concerned the tea/coffee making provision in our room.In hotels of this quality there is usually a more generous supply of consumables with nicer biscuits and sometimes even ‘proper’ coffee(as well as instant) and hot chocolate.

The staff were excellent and very friendly. The food was really very good. With the evening meal having plenty of choice. It made change to have breakfast served to you rather than it being a buffet.

I couldn’t fault the hotel in anyway.

Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. Good location just outside Stratford town centre. Room was a lovely size with a lovely shower and very comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was lovely. cannot fault anything about the hotel and would stay there again.

4pm check in was later than we would have liked but it’s a minor issue.

The property was lovely and nice and clean lady on the deck ( Minty) was so lovely and friendly at all times she is a diamond.

there wasn’t anytime we didn’t like about the property but I did think for what price we paid £178 for one night the room was a little small. but it was still a nice clean room. and the bed was amazing.
