It was very spacious and clean.

Close to all amenities. Very central location. There was allocated undercover parking. Ease of entry and exit. Host was accommodating and gave us a pedestal fan as the bedrooms were warm. Has a self contained kitchen with kettle, micro, fridge and even an electric stove to cook. Apartment also has all utensils to eat and even cook. Pretty much a self contained apartment.

Would not be suitable for summers as it has no Airconditioning. The tap in the bathroom sink was very hard to turn on and off.

Good location on the lake.

Great location walking distance to town. The property has a nice outdoor area with bbq. Quite pretty that I believe all apartments can have access to it. Kitchen is good. Nice and warm apartment. Very sunny position. Easy car parking

The 604 apartment is very dated. Needs a bit of maintenance done around bathroom as vanity is very damaged to water spills. A few big pumps on the walls that were poorly repaired. Carpet needs a good clean. The duvet inner is very thin but think blanket is provided.

The position for easy access to Queenstown attractions good , the area outside of the unit very pleasant

No ventilation only open window at the door ,dark . Very Poor quality of bedding, sheets uncomfortable ,pillows need replacing . Well and truly needs an upgrade . Access to coffee poor ,due to only instant ,poor quality , when outside it was obvious this was the worst unit on the property so very expensive for what it was . Disappointing as the outside photos are not of this unit .

The location was fantastic, just a brief 5-minute stroll to town. The apartment was impressively well-equipped, providing us with all the essentials we required. Spacious and comfortable, it offered plenty of room to move around for 4 people. Plus, it seemed like it could very well be the most budget-friendly option for booking accommodations in the area.

The cleanliness of this unit fell far below even the most basic expectations. At the outset, it exuded a sense of luxury with its high-quality furniture, carpets, immaculate, and cabinetry. However, we felt it has suffered from a severe lack of maintenance. It's disheartening to witness such a decline in what could have been a truly exceptional accommodation. Even someone with minimal cleaning standards would find it challenging to tolerate the current state of cleanliness. It's evident that the unit urgently requires the attention of someone capable of executing a thorough and effective cleaning regimen. With proper care and upkeep, this space has the potential.

The apartment has the best views, it was clean in 90 % of the property. It had a small kitchen area for tea coffee, microwave and small fridge. With a great BBQ area straight outside the apartment. The location was sooooo great close to town, easy to walk in if I wasn't on crutches. Hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. Owner of apartment called when we needed help for parking issues.

The bathroom shower hadn't been cleaned. It had black mould on the ceases which we could rub off with a cloth so just wasn't done when apartment cleaned. Could have done with a few tea towels as one wasn't enough. 4 plates 4 bowls. Would have been nice to have a few more for visitors on our BBQ night. Internet was ok 50% of the time the rest it kept dropping out and starting again. Gave me a head ache. Parking spot kept getting taken and hotel said park anywhere, then we got a note on car next morning warning us to park in our spot or be towed. Master bedroom kept smelling of strong cooking scents eg curries, etc. At all times of day and night.. Maybe came thru the ceiling vents.
