Beachy townhouse at Wapato Ridge
Ce que j'aime de cette maison de ville: La communauté fermée en fait un endroit sûr pour les enfants. Ils peuvent se rendre à pied à la piscine ou au terrain de sport, faire du vélo, jouer dehors dans l’herbe ou dans la cour de récréation sans s’inquiéter des voitures qui filent à toute vitesse. Les personnes qui vivent dans la communauté sont parmi les personnes les plus amicales que nous ayons rencontrées à Chelan. Belle piscine extérieure bien entretenue chauffée à 84 degrés. L'intérieur a été mis à jour. Cet endroit est agréable, lumineux et spacieux. Nouveaux revêtements de sol, peinture, garniture et literie. Mieux encore, lorsque le raccourci est utilisé, vous êtes à un pâté de maisons du centre-ville de Manson avec tous ses restaurants, ses salles de dégustation, son parc de baignade et sa location de bateaux. Il se trouve également à deux rues de la pomme rouge.
Cette maison a trois chambres et trois salles de bains. En bas, vous trouverez une salle familiale et une chambre avec un lit queen et une salle de bain attenante avec une douche.
Montez les escaliers et vous trouverez une cuisine bien équipée, un salon avec un canapé-lit, une salle de bain avec une douche / baignoire. Il y a aussi une chambre avec un lit queen et une autre chambre avec un lit king. Cette chambre avec lit king dispose de sa propre salle de bain avec douche / baignoire. Juste à côté du salon, des portes françaises mènent à un balcon avec une table, quatre chaises, un parasol et un barbecue.
Les vacances au lac Chelan ne se font plus seulement en été. Il y a beaucoup d'événements toute l'année. Venez visiter Winterfest en janvier, Wine and Chocolate en février, une dégustation printanière de fûts, un festival de jazz en mai, une course Hydro en septembre et Crush en octobre.

We were in Chelan for my little sisters bachelorette party and enjoyed having a little getaway from the chaos of the girls house. It was clean, super close to town (love the yoga studio up the street) and comfortable for everyone.

Beautiful property and fun decor. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their own space. Fully stocked and very comfy beds. Close to everything and great pool area. My older teens loved the garage games and board games. Relaxing atmosphere, no noisy neighbors! First time at a different home in Manson and it’s definitely going to be our go to! Great communication with host and easy check in. My husband had to work several days and WiFi was superb!. Great time had by all. Thank you!

Best stocked house we’ve ever stayed in. So comfy. Clean, spacious, well layed out. Check in and out easy, and felt confident if there was any problem it would have been addressed; however there wasn’t one! Recommend.

This is a lovely home with very comfy beds and the kitchen is very well stocked.There were six of us ladies over 70, so the three bathrooms is great to have. I would highly recommend it to everyone. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was conveniently located to downtown Manson and the entrance to Wapato Point Resort, where we had family staying. Everything was as advertised and the kitchen was well stocked. Check in and out was simple. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall this place was great. Beautiful gated community, plenty of room for our family of 5. The air hockey table ended up being a huge hit with my kids. I enjoyed some quiet on the deck in the mornings enjoying the views of the rolling hills. The only complaints were some broken glass in the driveway, some spilled crackers in the garage when we arrived. But I mentioned those things to the owner & she was prompt to respond. I think the community pool might be overdue for a little maintenance but that didn’t stop my kids from swimming anyways. All in all we were happy with it.

Everything was as advertised. Six elderly ladies stayed here for 3 nights. The kitchen has everything anyone would need and it was all very well kept. The beds are comfy and warm. It snowed so we used the Fireplace and it was lovely and warm. We will definitely rent this place again. Our property manager Brenda was great to work with.

Beautiful townhouse in a perfect location. New, clean, well kept, welcoming decor. These folks obviously put a lot of time and thought into preparations. Beds were very comfortable, always an important consideration for us. Neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening just reading, chatting and relaxing. Just a short walk to town for a meal or cup of coffee. If you want a place just to get away and relax, this is it. The only drawback was a big stuffed recliner that we couldn't get to recline!

Brenda the property manager was easy to work with throughout the reservation process, check-in and check-out process - the property more than exceeded our expectations.

The stay at Wapato Point was excellent. It was first and foremost a terrific location. We could walk to town or the marina or drive easily into Chelan or the local wineries. Our boat was moored at the marina and it was very useful to be so close. Also, the accommodations were very comfortable, clean, upgraded and nice. We as a family fit in well and had plenty of space. The host was timely in communication and it was easy to know our expectations. The stay at Wapato Point really helped make our trip very enjoyable.

We liked everything about this beautiful townhouse: location, cleanliness, communication with Brenda. We rented for couple of nights and everything went very smooth. There are a few wineries and restaurants around, grocery stores and nice beaches. Would definitely recommend this place.

Short walk to Manson FUN!
This was the perfect location for our annual trip to Manson. We rarely drove anywhere. Just a quick walk to town for food, wineries, and nightlife. Everything was right there. Plenty of space for our adult weekend, and having three bathrooms was amazing! As the couple that appreciates their privacy it was awesome having the downstairs!

Perfect for families
My favorite thing about this house was the set up having 2 living spaces so the kids could wake up and watch tv in the morning and take naps undisturbed during the day. Also, each couple got their own bathroom! Walking down the street for sandwiches and slushy wine for lunch was fun. The neighborhood pool was just the right temp for kids and grandma. Thank You for accommodating my date screw up.

We, along with our adult sons, stayed a week for a family wedding. The townhouse was in a great location in Manson. Super clean, excellently decorated, well stocked and everything we needed to prepare meals. Would love to stay again!

We had three couples stay in this beautiful townhouse, close to all the attractions in Manson and Chelan (beaches, wineries, restaurants etc.). The home was sparkling clean and comfortable. Our hostess was extremely helpful and accommodating. We are already planning a return trip!
