This place is super unique. The details were carefully thought out. Beth was a warm, wonderful host and her breakfast was divine. Next time we will stay longer. Great relaxing, quiet getaway near several wineries.

Find the metal gate with a big American flag attached, tap in the code, drive up to the top of the hill, and just when you wonder if you’ll ever arrive, a beautiful rustic home will appear! (The next time you drive up, it will seem a short trip up the hill!). Once inside, the welcoming host will explain how the home was built and with what wood. Such a unique and expertly built home! Just beautiful! We stayed in the 2nd floor apartment which included a kitchen and large bathroom and a wrap-around porch with plenty of spots to sit and gaze at the trees, hummingbirds, and breath the fresh air. The host was friendly and cooked an amazing breakfast! Oh, wow— scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, orange juice, coffee. It’s truly a BnB, so you will have breakfast and conversation with the other guests, and if you’re lucky, the host, as well! I would stay here again.

Rustic and charming house, peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Has a lovely patio outside our room for picnics or just relaxing. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Host was very nice and friendly. Breakfasts were delicious!!

Beth is an incredible hostess. The room was unique and comfortable. They built the house with wood off the property with attention to every detail. The house tells a story. There are bird houses and hummingbird feeders hanging about which result in frequent wildlife sightings as you rest on the many porches and balconies. The bed was extremely comfortable and a private, spacious bathroom perfectly clean. All the extras - mini fridge, extra blankets and pillows, fans, TV… Beth cooks a full, hot breakfast every morning. You dine in a sun filled room with a view of the forest. Fresh fruit, bacon and eggs cooked on a griddle, French toast, waffles, pancakes all with strawberry compote lovingly served by Beth. We stayed 3 days and enjoyed every minute. We will definitely be returning! This house is a hidden jewel!

The whole experience was above and beyond anything we have ever experienced. Beth was so loving and attentive. We love her !!

This was one of the most incredible finds. My only complaint was to myself for only booking one night! The gate opens to a wooded hillside road that brings you a cabin built my the owners with cedar rooms, heated floors, humming birds/ nature and a collection of artwork that you continue to comment on. The beds are covered with beautiful soft rag quilts and every amenity is thought of... but none of this touches on the amazing breakfast that was carefully thought through by a person with an incredible chefs sense. So, Yes!! I will be back and I highly recommend this place .. not even for all that I just said ,but for the quiet nature sense that you get from the minute the gate opens.

Beth was a very friendly and gracious host, instantly available when needed, yet not overly present. Although the location of the property is not close to town, it is convenient to the local winery which serves excellent food and wine.

A return trip, this time bringing hubby for our 25th - as expected was a lovely stay. Great-tasting breakfast, quiet and artistic ambiance, super hostess, and near our planned activities.

It was evident that much love has been put into this place. The host was lovely and warm and made us feel at home immediately.

I don’t think you can get any closer to Heaven than here!!! We live out in the sticks and it’s nice, but Lanzarotta is amazing. Surrounded by trees and a beautiful home, it was soooo peaceful and relaxing😁 Beth is a wonderful host, breakfast was delicious and her puppy is a big moosher! On our next road trip, we WILL make another stop here!!

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

A beautiful haven in the woods charmed us with all the love that was put into the home made wood pieces decorating the home. The space was very comfortable, as well as the deck and patio seating for enjoying the surrounding woods. Beth was a personable glowing hostess who provided a delicious breakfast.

This was an awesome find. It is outside of town in a wooded, hilly area so very quiet and private. The rooms are decorated beautifully and the bath spacious. We enjoyed dinner on the patio surrounded by nature, then a delicious breakfast while visiting with our hostess Beth and watching the many hummingbirds.

Everything was great.

The studio apartment had a beautiful and unique design, and the large windows gave us a strong sense of being in the forest even when we were inside. Beth is an incredible hostess and we enjoyed talking to her during the tasty and generous breakfast she prepared for us. We had a very peaceful and pleasant stay. Also, the property is very convenient to wineries.

The room was spacious, quiet, and had a magical feeling like a tree house cabin. I enjoyed watching the stars on the balcony, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. A rested stay!

Noon checkout would be nice

Great cabin in the woods! Gorgeous rustic room, amazing fresh air, delicious breakfast. We were amazed how thoughtful everything was designed and by the hospitality and warmth of the place. A special thanks for the accommodation for the late arrival. This amazing smell of wood in the room will live forever in our memories.

It was a mistake to stay here for only one night!

That we only stayed two nights.

Mark and Beth are exceptional individuals. Beth met us, when we arrived and welcomed us with open arms. She provided us with important information, made sure we were comfortable, and they both worked together to provide a wonderful breakfast in the morning. The setting is beautiful! We went to a Ducks football game. They won! Our trip was most enjoyable!
