Everything was good. Close to downtown, cheap parking nearby (5 min walk to appartment). Friendly owner.

The apartment is newly renovated, well equipped and was very clean. The check-in as well as the communication with Salvatore were great (Despite late check-in he took the time to show us the apartment and gave us some helpful tips for our stay).

The host was great and very accomodating. Went out of his way to help us when we had questions. For example: he booked a waterpark for us near Erice because we couldn't quite understand the website of the park (only in Italian).
Our rooms were very comfortable: beautiful interior, good airconditioning, great wifi.
The only little thing was that one of the sinks smelled a little.

Amazing place with beautiful terrace. Very clean and comfortable. One of best location in Alcamo. To enjoy stay fully you probably need to get a car.
Size of property was exaggerated, it seems terrace and staircase were added to sum of 50-55 sq. m. Room with bathroom and kitchen annex was most 20-25 sq. m. Breakfast were not at the property but in restaurant nearby and not available on Sunday however this wasn't mention before. Also it was overpriced because in the same restaurant cornetto and coffee cost approx. 2eur, not 5eur.

The owner of the apartment is very friendly and polite. He can speak English und was always there when we had questions. He showed us arounds and gave many great advices for dinner, sightseeing and entertainment. You would even have a possibility to rent a car by the owner. The apartment was very big and clean with two bathrooms and two TVs. The kitchen is very good equipped with all necessary things. Everything in the apartment is very modern and furnished with a good taste. In general it is an apartment but with all traits of a very good hotel. We even found a welcome present :) It is situated almost in the center of Alcamo (all the shops and restaurants are in 5-10 minutes by walk).
