The price, it was very comfy, very clean and tidy.

Bit of a musty smell upstairs. But other than that it was perfect.

Property was clean, nice outdoor space could benefit with little table and chairs outside. Bed very comfortable, rooms clean. Bathroom needs some mobility handles in shower/bath tub as very difficult and easy to slip. Overall a very comfortable stay in a nice location.

Add some complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap, and coffee, tea to get you started. Need to be able to refresh after long journey

Cosy inside, thick carpet in bedrooms, large dining table to work at, close to Barnstaple. There was a problem with the bathroom light which was fixed quickly.

Keybox was tricky to get into, TV remote not very responsive (even when we put in new batteries), property right on a busy road. Didn't want to park outside as traffic gets very close to your car. Black mould on the walls in the small conservatory at the front.

location was great ideal place to stay for day trips out to the coast

The living room furniture could have been more comfortable

It was comfortable, clean, easy to park nearby. Good location for what we wanted. Children enjoyed the Alexa and lots of TV channels as well as the games that were there. Good amount of space to cook and eat. Beds comfy, some outdoor space though we went in winter and didn’t use it. Shops in walking distance and lots of supermarkets nearby. Nice porch/ conservatory area meaning you can leave shoes and bags out of the main house. Key collection was very easy.

There were a few things it would have been helpful to have in the kitchen but I was able to cook for the family. A piece of furniture was not secured to the wall but I understand that will be fixed asap. I recommend bringing a few dishwasher tablets as three were left out but not enough for the stay, so it would stop you needing to buy a whole box while there.

The place was lovely. There is nothing to fault about it it's spacious and set out great, I would definitely stay again!

contacted the owner to request a possible change of duvet from the duck feather ones as our family suffer with allergies and asthma. they stated that they couldn’t as they were too far away. hugely disappointing. why manage property that you cannot support? Double bed was very uncomfortable, back garden was scruffy and front porch area was damp. property could do with a freshen up. pictures on Booking and Airbnb are very misleading

Reliable and trustworthy cottage company really happy with this We arrived at the farmhouse and were absolutely delighted, there were Christmas Decorations throughout, beds made toilet paper and hand wash provided. There very cozy House they are completely helpful and kind. i forgot the money into the Property they called me to let me know very Honestly peoples peoples, and i had a lovely week away in a lovely setting I hope to go back next year. So we`ve booked it again, thank you so much.

the kitchen was very equipped

there was only one half used toilet roll and no teabags or sugar.

Loved the extra touch of Xmas trees in the lounge, which was really nice. The house was warm on arrival and spotlessly clean. Double bed in the main room was either old or not great quality so every move was felt and springs could be felt. No mattress protector either which is unusual. Pillows are a little tired and not as fresh as they could be, and quilt was far to warm for us so we had to remove it from its cover. Bathroom was clean and warm, bath side fell down in the middle of the night which gave us a fright! Shower was lovely. We didn't use the second bedroom as our friends had to cancel at last minute. Remote for TV in lounge works intermittently, just some of the buttons could be worn, but we didn't use it much so it didn't matter. Easy to use thermostat for heating. The huge porch was a godsend with wet clothing, muddy boots and damp dog! Parking was easier than expected. We would stay again.

Double bed mattress and pillows need replacing, as does the TV remote.

Problem with damp heating stopped coming on. Stair gate was not safe. Parking on a very busyroad.
