We order the

Stay was good and the room met my expectation and it was true to its description. The only problem was i did not make any partial payment which was suggested by booking.com that my room is confirmed any no need for any payment. But the hotel denied my checkin saying no rooms will be available if no payment was made. So i had to take different room that was available for twice price. Booking dot com and Oyo rooms needs to have a common agreement here. This was poor.

Staff was rood. They refused to give us room saying they do not have availability. They spoke to me twice before checkin. And I already made half payment. Still they gave the rooms to other people and asked us to go to another property. Other hotel refused to consider they half payment that i already made to confirm my booking. I had to speak to Oyo and cancel my booking at the end after a struggle of 2.30 hrs. But Oyo still did not pay my complete money. They are keeping my 299 rs.
