Great Location and a Decent Area..Not much of chaotic

The room was stinking for some reason inspite of using room freshener for multiple times and also the refrigerator in the room wasnt working at all.Infact it was warming up the cold items kept init.And the staff coldnt do much about it nor offered to change the fridge

Cleanliness, receptionists, toilets wer bad, no safety in balcony, waste of money, bad breakfat, swimming pool full of chlorine and I am still coughing after a mont.

Prime Location: One of the highlights of this hotel is its fantastic location. It was conveniently situated in the heart of Mysore making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city. Spacious Room: I was impressed with the size of the room. It provided ample space for my family and me to move around comfortably, and we never felt cramped during our stay. The hotel personnel deserves praise for their excellent sincerity and care. My kid discovered he had forgotten his watch in the room after checking out. The hotel employees swiftly phoned me to let me know about the forgotten item before we even left the Street nearby. In addition to finding the watch, they went out of their way to deliver it to my car before we left. We felt cherished as guests because of the absolutely excellent quality of service provided. On-site Parking space is a plus.

Areas for Improvement: Worn-out Pillows: One aspect that did not meet our expectations was the quality of the pillows. They seemed quite old and lacked proper support, resulting in an uncomfortable night's sleep. Updating the pillows would undoubtedly enhance the overall comfort of the rooms. Bathroom Basin Leak: Unfortunately, upon arrival, we noticed a water leak in the bathroom basin. However, I must commend the hotel staff for their prompt response when we reported the issue. They fixed the leak promptly, but it would have been better if such an issue had been detected and resolved before our arrival. AC Duct Cleaning: Another issue we encountered during our stay was with the air conditioning system. It seemed that the AC ducts required cleaning, as my son woke up with allergies the next morning. Ensuring clean and well-maintained air conditioning systems is crucial for guests, especially those with allergies or respiratory sensitivities. Despite these minor problems, I would definitely suggest Roopa Elite to others because of its wonderful location, big accommodations, and, most importantly, the hotel staff's honesty and dedication. I hope the hotel management takes note of the points raised in order to improve the guest experience even further. If these issues are resolved, I am confident that this hotel will continue to deliver outstanding service to its customers.

I have to really think hard about this. Probably the saree shop at the entrance was the positive.

Shower is leaking and no drain, TV wasn't working for almost 1 hr, no towels in the room, B'fast was poor, bad arrangement, less staff, very oily, very limited options.
