The property was ok… The mini golf, tennis, and inside activities were nice. My room wasn’t the cleanest. The bathtub was dirty, huge chunks of food under the bed, the sheets didn’t seem clean, the Wi-Fi was extremely weak, and some of the electrical outlets were faulty. The staff were extremely nice.

Our stay at this very nice property was relaxing! It's easy to get to and nicely updated. The shower could use a little work but our Host was extremely responsive when the A/C was not cooling! We would like to stay here again!

Excellent from Start to Finish
I loved everything about my stay. The check in and out was a breeze. Our host was very kind, helpful and extremely timely with her responses when I reached out to her with questions. It was spotlessly clean, the bed was so very comfortable and the view of Lake Hamilton was amazing. I will definitely be returning for another stay soon.

Weekend getaway
The property was clean and just right for a couple. Bed was very comfortable. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Any questions I had were answered quickly. The hot tub and sauna were great after a surprise snowfall in March!

Awesome property
I have been coming to hot springs to visit family on the lake since I was knee high to a grass hopper. They are on the coke side of the lake. I love this city and lake. Condo is in a awesome location to access everything the city has to offer. Property is well maintained condo was clean and just as described. Can’t wait to come back with the little ones. I know they would love the pool mini gold and game room. We definitely book again.

The condo was clean. The staff was friendly. Lake front but not able to walk into the lake (drop off). Beach 20 minutes away. Foot traffic could be heard from condo above.

We really enjoyed our stay. We would have liked to be closer to the lake as it was a pretty steep walk back up after making it down to the lake. The security guard was nice and helpful. Our grandchildren really enjoyed the property.

We loved our stay here! We have been to Hot Springs three times now, and this time we were able to experience the less touristy side and enjoy the mountains and the lake! The view was breathtaking from our room! We will absolutely be back!

We rented this cute little condo as a girls weekend/getaway. It was the perfect setting. Beautiful view of the lake, comfy balcony to watch the boats, comfy bed and seating, close to everything. We loved our time and highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay...
We had a lovely girl's weekend getaway at this condo. Everything about the condo was exactly as described and expected. We did get quite the surprise by having the entire cabana to ourselves the first night! The sauna and hot tub were very relaxing. We enjoyed the pool table and ping pong, as well as the swing with a lovely view of the lake. Having the safety of a gated community and needing a key to get into the cabana was nice. The cabana doesn't close at night, so no need to rush back from dinner to enjoy the hot tub. For those wondering, the pool is not heated. There are several restaurant choices nearby, but I highly recommend Trejo's Mexican restaurant just 3 minutes away. Delicious food and drinks along with spacial awareness. The mall is just down the road. We enjoyed the balcony and view. All exactly as pictured. Thank you Jeanne!! It was just what we needed.

Great little getaway!
Great little place to stay. Clean condo that had everything we needed. We enjoyed the included amenities on the property as it kept us busy during downtime.
The only negatives would be the water damage on floor in bathroom making it a little to difficult to open and close. Also, there wasn’t a basketball goal or miniature golf as advertised, but wasn’t a deal breaker for our family. Overall had a great time! Would Reccomend!!

This place was clean and comfortable. The grounds were pretty and cared for.
Easy to make the reservation. My mistake was not printing out the detailed check-in procedure. I couldn’t access the info because it was a link and I wasn’t on WiFi I went to a McDonalds, but my own fault I couldn’t access still. I called and they walked me through it all. We got into our condo and...happy ending.

We loved everything about the condo, except the mattress on the bed. Woke up with backaches every morning. Other than that, we really enjoyed it. It's just like the listing. We were able to play ping pong, pool, even tennis. The location was great, quite. Everything you need is in the condo. We will definitely be coming back.

Relaxing stay
My husband and I spent restful and relaxing Labor Day weekend at this property. We arrived on Friday evening to find a very clean and well appointed unit. Even though it is not directly on the water, we had a great view of Lake Hamilton from the large bedroom window and the balcony off the living space. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishes. (The only thing that I found lacking was a baking sheet.) The bedroom was simply decorated with a serene blue bed quilt. Pillows were plentiful to pile up for reading in the bed. There was a sufficient supply of towels, bath tissue, soap, etc. The only problem that we encountered was occasional spotty WiFi which made watching a movie on Netflix difficult on Friday evening. We enjoyed several local restaurants as well as cooking in. Overall it was a very relaxing and restful weekend. We hope to be able to return after Covid-19 so that we can better explore the Hot Springs / Lake Hamilton area.
