Location and facilities.

I never used the kitchen, but there was a constant smell of stale cooking fat in Room 5. Also, the electronic key expired well before the agreed check out time and therefore made it difficult for me to load up my car during my exit.

it was a very comfortable stay because it's our second time staying here. We know the building and location by now, and it's just a relaxing, beautiful room to stay in, and the location is perfect by walking or car journey. It has everything you need and makes you feel comfortable and safe in your room. We will be back again. Thank you.

The flat had everything we needed. Liked the extra touches like coffee,tea, coffee, machine, milk and sugar. Great free parking. Liked not having to see everyone whilst checking in. Staff answered the phone immediately when we couldn't get in. Would stay again but not on the ground basement floor.

The smell of the hallway going into main entrance was a strong smell of a old dirty mop. We were awoken by rats scratching to get into the property which made us feel uncomfortable. We got up to see if they were in the kitchen. We asked for a flat that was on ground level and they changed it to the ground floor that had stairs.

Excellent communication throughout Comfy bed and linens, plenty of storage space. Great location for Clifton.

Lovely apartment. Compact with everything you need!

We couldn’t access the property when we arrived via the app so we had to ring security. It took a bit of time for them to track down what room we were supposed to be in, then it took a while to find the correct key lock which contained the key to the apartment - but the chap on the phone was very helpful and patient. It did take some time to open the key safe outside the apartment door as well. Otherwise all good

Property well contained, had everything required and more, beautifully furnished, very comfortable and great location; had to contact property management a couple of times, once because was unsure how to enter the property and the flat number and another time once had checked out as thought I had left something there. On both occasions very polite and easy to deal with. Parking at the back.

The property was on the ground floor and backed onto the car park, would have been more private if there had been slatted blinds at the windows rather than curtains. Also, felt blinds would have provided more security.

The studio apartment was easy to find and had plenty of parking, on my stay! Everything was there that I needed and the little coffee machine was an added bonus. I downloaded an app which gave me access to the main door and apartment door, really easy & a great idea.

See gulls were a little noisy!!!

It was stylish with great facilities. The kitchen had helpful items which made it easy to cook. The venue owner was responsive and polite when we had questions.

Well equipped and comfortable.

I had a problem getting in. Not sure if I missed an email giving me an access code or whether there was an error in not sending it, but I didn't know the code to enter the building and had to ring an emergency number at 10.30 pm and someone had to check my booking before they could tell me. The code I did have, on my phone was fine and opened the apartment, once I got inside. Only other gripe was the shower curtain wasn't long enough and plenty of water escaped onto the bathroom floor through the gap and had to be mopped up.

If any issue there was always a contact night and day

the height of the TV on the wall is very high and tends to give you neck ache but as I was there for work, there was little time to watch TV

Very well equipped and comfortable in a convenient location. Useful to have laundry facilities included in the studio. Parking is a bonus in this area. Have stayed before so we knew what to expect.

The shower tray was very shallow, and water tended to overflow. Hob needed a really good deep clean, and the plastic shelf inside the fridge for holding bottles was missing.

Bathroom was very small in size with my studio. there is no window in basement’s bathrooms, neither any air freshener in the bathroom. kitchen doesn’t have any sponge to wash the dishes, nor a duster or a clothe to wipe the water or clean the table or kitchen top. No tissue papers in the apartment. Staff is not proactive if you send a message through booking.com or call them on a local number. the staff doesn’t encourage to book directly with the property. not sure if they have got any training or not on how to generate revenue for the company.

Amazing price, great location and the space was just perfect

There was nothing I didn't like about this property

Its a good location with off road parking. Public transport is near by & frequent. Plenty of good eating places within walking distance. The apartment kitchen is well reasonably well equipped for short stays. Comfortable bed & quiet location at night.

The layout of the apartment has changed since last time we stayed ......perhaps shows my age but having the bed hard-up against the wall so only one side was available to get in & out of , otherthan climbing in from the bottom , is not to be recommended for more than a couple of nights! Please sort out the Roman blind so it runs up to the top. The room needs the daylight.

I was visiting Bristol, and it was lovely to stay in nice and very cosy apartment 😊 it had everything that you wanted and in a very nice and quiet location. I enjoyed my stay and definitely is now on my favourite list for booking again .

Clean, good location and well equipped flat with a decent kitchen.

Checkin could have been smoother. Seems they are still figuring the digital checkin process out.
