Cette maison de ville récemment rénovée de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain est l'endroit idéal pour passer vos prochaines vacances. Il est idéalement situé dans le Tahoe Summit Village, à trois minutes en bas de la rue de ski de classe mondiale au Heavenly’s Boulder Lodge. Il est également à une courte distance en voiture des boutiques et de la vie nocturne de Stateline.
Cette maison est composée de trois niveaux. Le premier étage au niveau de la rue est un garage privé pour deux voitures. Vous entrez dans la maison au deuxième niveau, où vous trouverez la chambre principale isolée, la chambre 1. Cette immense chambre principale avec salle de bain complète dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une cheminée électrique et d'un balcon privé.
Le troisième étage est un salon spacieux au plafond voûté comprenant la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon parfaitement dimensionnés. Ici, vous pouvez profiter du foyer au gaz et de la télévision grand écran avec barre de son. We had a 3 day weekend and wanted to bring the kids some place fun. This condo was the perfect place and location! Near Heaventy village and perfect beaches!

Upon arrival, we had issues locating/trying to open garage. Once the key was located, it was inoperable & had no batteries. It was a couple hours before we gained access; trying to unlock garage using pin pad & finding the opener-to locating batteries. Shower curtains were dirty, had brown rust or mold all over. Cabinets need cleaning. There were pots/pans on the counter tops (one pot which had some brown dirt or rust all in it)We all, including our 2 small infants, have bug bites from our arms to legs. I’m not sure if it’s the beds, or some other place in the home but I’ve never experienced this at a rental. It was also advertised as having a grill in photos & listing; when I contacted the property manager I was told there is no grill. This was extremely unfortunate as we prepared to cook food & already bought, on the grill we thought was there. This response was also not received until 16 hours later. When we first booked the home, there were photos of a hot tub, when we arrived, it was only accessible for the other side of the rental unit. The home wasn’t red, which caused a little confusion trying to locate it; I think upgrades may have been made to the outside. Unitcould use a deep cleaning, especially since they charge over $200 for cleaning & renters have to fully clean the home, put linens in rooms, and throw all garbage. We also can’t wear shoes inside, carpets were dirty & our feet were brown from walking around house.
We appreciate allowing us to use this property.

During summer stay, house is in a pretty good location. Easy access to anything Nevada side of South lake. In winter, I'm sure the location is even better. But it's right by a very busy road.
The busy road is more of a problem in summer because you'll want to open doors and windows with how hot it gets.
Various things were not that clean. Bugs in cupboards, crumbs and food bits on the carpet, dirty shower curtains. Also appeared to be pet hair in the living room.
Some broken things: laundry room doorknob & one of the garage doors.
The listing is mostly accurate except for out of date pictures and not mentioning it's one unit of a duplex. So the grill it mentions in the listing didn't exist in our unit (saw it on porch of other unit).
— note, the bathrooms had almost no shower supplies, so plan on bringing your own.
The trash bin location that is mentioned in the house is *not* accurate, leading us to walk around the block with trash bags. Neighbors at least redirected us to the correct location (on a different street than was told to us).
However, communication with property manager was quick and easy for a couple things that came up (fireplace issues, asking about garage door opener).

Booked this for a long weekend trip to Tahoe for our family. It was a nice condo with the basics. It was relaxing to be outside of town a bit to enjoy the quiet. There are two flights of narrow steep stairs to get to the main floor (3rd level) which were difficult to maneuver while carrying an infant carseat. Overall a nice rental though!

It had all we needed. It was kept clean and nice. 3 bedrooms, each with a queen or king bed. 1 bathroom upstairs, with two bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room. There was a main bedroom with its own bathroom on the lower level. I guess the only thing I didn’t expect was the number of stairs to climb to the front door and then to the upper floor where everything is. That creates a nice view off the deck, but a lot of stairs. Overall a pretty nice place to stay close to trails and the little market.

Great location, just 2 minutes away from Boulder Lodge at Heavenly. Condo was comfortable and clean. Garage key code didn't work, but garage door openers were provided, so it wasn't an issue. The wifi intermittently disconnected devices every 10 minutes, which may pose an issue for remote workers, but speeds were decent (50 mbps+). Thanks for the stay!

The overall property was welcoming and cozy, but when waking in there was a lot of noticeable dust and pollen giving our family a hard time. Another thing was the the TV wasn’t responding at all (the binder inside noted that there would be available channels to watch, which it didn’t) Over than those two the condo was in a great location and had everything it needed for our stay.

Place had everything we needed for 4 adults and two young children.
Driveway is very steep which could be an issue if there is snow. That should be added to the description.

We got entry information a couple days before arrival and were very pleased with the accommodations. Comfortable and clean. Spacious Master Bdrm with warm fireplace and view of snowy trees. Guest bedrooms are spacious with shared bthrm off kitchen and common area, also with warm fireplace. Stayed away from figuring out TV & speaker electronics. Shuttle goes by, dropped one of us off at house after a late ski day. Will come again!

It was a nice condo tucked away, short distance to heavenly village and Safeway. The fireplace in the master room was a pleasant surprise. We came across a few stuff left behind by previous renter I believe, but it didn’t bother us. The kitchen was stocked very well with cookware. We will definitely come back, weather permitting.

Location was awesome! The house seem like it was newly remodeled. I never received the house code to get in so, I had to call management company upon arrival. My one and only concern was that the sheets and the bathroom had hairs!!

Great about 14 min drive to Tahoe town nice away from the busy city but close enough to enjoy loved our stay !

This place is located perfectly, just 5 minutes from the best coffee shop, and 7 mins from all the action of south lake tahoe. Things to note is the kitchen is on the second floor so struggle was real carrying everything upstairs, but the kitchen is so well equipped we were impressed! (minus the paper towels!) Few things did bother us though, my friends thought it was pretty dusty, but a lot of places around Tahoe are like that so it went unbothered. I don't know how everybody else's beds were, but my bed in the room straight down the hallway on the second floor was pretty bad, I just slept on the sofa the second night, but my husband and my other friends just slept on their beds. There are no shampoo/conditioner/body wash so make sure you bring yours! I booked with vrbo before but never had to deal with World Property Management.. if I have to deal with them again, I dont think I will book with Vrbo again honestly. It was a lot of work to just book 2 nights stay and they were not friendly at all.

Great property and a perfect location close to Boulder Lodge. My only complaints are 1) the code we were given for the garage doors didn't work. Luckily there were garage door openers inside the unit, and 2) the front door was extremely hard to open and close. Women in our group had difficulty opening and closing the door.

The property has a great location to Boulder ski mountain. Property was clean, nicely stocked and comfortable. The down stairs bedroom is extremely cold and could use a stand up heater and could use some updated cook ware as fry pans are pealing/stick other then that stay was great. Definitely would stay again. Wonderful, vacation!!

Property was terrific. Quick 4 min drive to Stagecoach lift. Easy to find. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. It includes a coffee maker, toaster oven and blender.
There are a lot of steps up into the cabin (typical of Tahoe - if you plan to visit - be prepared for a lot of stairs!) The entry is a little tight but manageable. The driveway is steep!! Best to grab the door opener from inside and unpack in the garage.
House was clean and well appointed. Two balconies are nice (we didn’t utilize them) - property manager is very responsive. The entire stay was great

The location was really good ~2 mins to Heavenly Boulder and Stagecoach lodge and the property was clean, equipped and a decent size for 6 people. Didn't like that we had to carry the trash to a bin a block and a half away in the snow despite paying a cleaning fee. Fireplace wasn't working and management couldn't get someone out until ~5PM on our last day so we only got to use it for a few hours.

Left condo one day early, not child friendly two flights of stairs, no child gate. No backyard. Decks were unsuitable for children, nails & boards protruding. No gas grill (stated in amenities). Road in front of condo was a major thoroughfare for construction workers, non stop traffic & noise. Ice machine not functioning, kitchen lacked extra items, ie garbage bags & coffee filters. Location to far to the lake. Contacted rental agency of our early departure, and still have not heard from them.

Overall Great Experience
Overall we had a great experience staying at this property. The listing is very accurate, easy check in, amenities, brand new appliances and easy location - everything was a few minutes away. I would book again.
I had two minor issues:
The bath tub in the master bathroom wasn’t draining properly but the property manager contacted me right away once I submitted a service request form via their app. I’m not sure if they ever showed up to fix it but we managed to use it during our stay.
The master bedroom sheets had a few stains and the duvet looks old so I would recommend bringing your own sheets & blankets.

Great place
The place is great and very close to South Lake Tahoe. It's a bit up in the mountains which actually makes it more gorgeous.
The only annoying part is the software system the management company uses that forces you to download an app and makes it impossible to access info on your mobile browser. There's a bunch of docs needing signed outside of VRBO which is a hassle.

Family Vacation Wonderful Property!
The property manager was amazing. They responded very quickly to and questions I may have had.
The house is beautiful and very roomy. The kitchen has all the essentials needed to cook a full meal. There are extra everything in the house including blankets, towels, fans and seating. The beds are comfortable and showers are very clean.
The property is about 10 minutes away from Heavenly Village where there are gifts shops, restaurants, mini golf and a couple casinos. 30 minutes from Sand Harbor, where we kayaked, and about 1hr away from Treetop Adventure. All trips are an easy drive and have beautiful scenic views.
I would definitely recommend staying here. My boys, 9 and 11, loved it!

This property is really nice and clean. The location is great. It is very close to gondola and the stagecoach lodge by car. The parking at the gondola was very easy so we started our skiing day there. The property is in good shape and very roomie for the family of four. Bedrooms are nice and comfy with clean linens. They also supply plenty of towels. No other toiletries were supplied so make sure you bring your own shampoo, conditioners and soaps. Kitchen is pretty well stocked for making meals at the property. The only two things we wish be better is the fireplace is not working and too many controls for the TV. Even with the detail instruction book they have on site, it was still tough to figure out with the TVs (maybe we are just clueless!). Oh..the washer door has issue but if you are smart you can figure out how to open with a knife pretty easily. They suppose to have one on order. The property manager is within reach of a phone call so it is always a plus. So overall a great stay and beautiful place to stay while in Tahoe!

Had a really good time and the place was very clean and very spacious. Kitchen is good sized and in great condition. Rooms were well furnished and comfortable. If you are skiing Heavenly, its a great location since its only a 3 minute drive to the Stagecoach lift parking area. Property management team needs improvement
This is managed by a third party property manager. They tell you that the ice in the driveway, there is nothing they can do about (the driveway is VERY steep and VERY icy). The fireplace is broken, they tell you steps to remedy, and finally send someone over to turn it on, issue is, it doesn’t turn off, or regulate. It had one heat and that is melt everything around the fireplace high, so then you have to turn off the gas to stop it. The washer machine needs to be opened with a knife, because the handle is broken. When you call to complain, the manager acts as if they did you a favor by putting (a small amount) of salt on the driveway, and turning on the inferno of a fireplace. The location is nice, the property is nice, but for the price, I’d expect more. Also, basics like soap and laundry detergent are not provided.

Great property, close to town and skiing. Could have used a little help with the garages - full instructions are inside the condo - but once inside the place was great. Kitchen was stocked with lots of dishes, pots & pans, and basics, which is always so nice when staying at a vacation rental.

The property was very nice and well equipped with kitchen supplies. The most I have ever seen at rental property. There were a few issues that I must point out. We were there during the massive snow storm checking in on the 24th. Upon arrival the garage code didn't work. Once into the house we found the garage clicker but that also didn't work. There is suppose to be 2 but only 1 was found. We ended up buying a battery for it the next day. The other door we had to open manually but unfortunately the snow had already arrived and could only take advantage of 1. A selling point was the garage availability so this was a big disappointment. Also upon arrival the fire place was going. The remote for that also didn't work. We called prop. mgmt and Ray came out and turned off all the gas to the fireplace as we thought is could be a safety issue if we let is run continuously. Again low batteries I'm sure. Which seems to be common. We changed clock batteries as well. The supply of garbage bags and dishwasher soap also low. There is an issue with the back bedroom light as it doesn't turn off and only dims. When we left we couldn't lock the 1 garage door. I sent a message but it ended up being returned so hopefully the cleaning crew caught this. Maintenance needs to check out this unit for small things like that. But shout out to Ray for stopping on Christmas eve. Asked for reimbursement on batteries but never heard back.

Great stay
Our stay was great and would definitely book the place again. We cooked thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was extremely well equipped.
Only thing is that the water in the upstairs shower wasn’t draining well, but nothing that would make me give less stars. Had a great stay!

We were traveling to South Shore Tahoe because my daughter was getting engaged. Stayed in this condo. Very nice inside and very comfortable. Couple flights up to the main level but we didn’t bring much to carry up. There is no A/C and it was hot but most places in Tahoe don’t have A/C so it was fine. Always cools down at night. Kitchen was nice and well stocked. Everything very clean. The location was perfect for us. We did a short hike that started pretty near the condo. Beds were comfortable and we slept great!
Only downside was the people next door partied loudly into the morning hours. Saturday it started at 3 AM.
