New mission style remodel, 3 patios, large pool, and putting green on extra lot
Récemment rénové trois chambres, deux salles de bain maison sur double terrain. Grande piscine et spa, coin repas extérieur, green. Une vue imprenable sur les montagnes de l'intérieur et les zones de la piscine et du patio. Cuisine spacieuse avec îlot, plaque de cuisson au gaz. Pièce principale avec téléviseur Samsung 4K de 75 pouces, canapé en cuir, causeuse, fauteuil inclinable et foyer au gaz. Très confortable! Grandes télévisions intelligentes dans toutes les chambres. Twin Room a deux lits jumeaux, TV, placard, table de chevet et lampe. La chambre à coucher queen comprend une télévision, une commode, une table de chevet, une lampe et un placard. Les deux ont vue sur la piscine. Salle de bain pleine grandeur Jack et Jill. La suite principale comprend un lit king size, une commode, deux tables de nuit, un bureau, un placard et une salle de bain pleine grandeur avec douche et lavabos doubles. Le lit principal a un matelas et un sommier de luxe qui se trouvent à la hauteur du comptoir. Un tabouret-marche est fourni pour aider au lit si nécessaire. La chambre principale a une porte française pour accéder à un patio très privé avec un banc de planeur et deux tables de bistrot. Le maître a également une porte séparée et une passerelle vers le lot supplémentaire et la piscine.
Notre salon extérieur dispose d'un patio en contrebas avec table à manger pour 8 personnes, d'un gril et d'un évier au gaz en plein air avec dessus en granit, d'un foyer au gaz et d'une grande piscine d'eau salée avec spa attenant.
Il y a un grand hamac pour se prélasser au bord de la piscine ainsi que 2 salons de chasse et de nombreuses chaises longues.
L'espace extérieur a une grande zone de putting et de chipping pour affiner vos compétences de golf d'avant match.
Le garage double est évaluable avec ouvre-porte fourni et offre la sécurité et un accès facile à notre résidence.

Second time we’ve been to this house. The hospitality is amazing. Property is awesome and perfect for our family. We had the best time again. Stayed in this lovely home to attend an event nearby. The home is well stocked and has a lot of extras- such as a magnifying make up mirror, corn hole, and a pool umbrella, etc. The home is decorated so cute. Everything is comfortable and laid out well. I would definitely stay here again.

I went with several author friends so we could focus on a book we’re co-writing. We got a ton done and had a great time. Very clean and perfectly designed for visitors. The owners were prompt communicators and very kind.

As always, this home made for a perfect vacation for me and my boys. This is our third time staying here and we loved it as much as ever. It was super hot, so we enjoyed relaxing inside during the day and then night swims each evening. Great location, we had a nice trip to Joshua Tree, the movies, great restaurants, etc. The house has everything you could ever need - and the owners are super thoughtful and responsive. I’ve stayed in other homes while traveling; however, none that are as comfortable while also feeling luxurious. We loved every moment- thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us once again!

We had such an amazing time staying at this beautiful property. It was very clean, well stocked, beautiful backyard with enough lounge chairs for everyone. The property has pool noodles, swim floats, towels, umbrellas, etc. They have really thought of everything. Communication was amazing. Would definitely recommend this property and we will be coming back for our annual teacher getaway.

Immediately felt right at home. Much better than anticipated, and everything as presented in overview. Jan was terrific and extremely responsive and helpful. Our first visit to your home, but hopefully not our last ... we hope to stay in the future on our at least annual visits. We have been visiting the area for over 50 years. Beautiful views from yard and comfortable outdoor furniture and facilities. Thank you so much.

Stayed 6 nights in this lovely resort-like home and want to go back soon! The home exceeded our expectations! We had 6 adults and we were more than comfortable! While we did leave to see some sights, we were perfectably happy at the home playing in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, playing corn hole or putting on the putting green.
We are just a couple hours drive away so we brought lots of things we thought we would need. Next time we won't need to do that; they have the home nicely stocked with everything needed to cook, bake, grill. All utensils and tools needed.
Beds and bedrooms were all comfortable with plenty of storage and bathrooms had plenty of towels as well as plenty of pool towels. There are even some pool noodles and floats for the pool...really, everything.
Neighborhood location was close to all things La Quinta. It was quiet and safe with beautiful mountain backdrops. Jan and Mike were very responsive. They truly care about their home and guests.
We hope to be back soon!

Beautiful House
This place is just simply beautiful. I could not have booked a better place. I love how clean and fully stocked this place is. I've stayed in other places and they don't have as many things like this house. Games, extra blankets, extra towels, fully stocked kitchen (without actual groceries of course). In other words we didn't need anything during our stay. Jan was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I will definitely come back.

Awesome Home
This property is well appointed and so well located near the trails. The various retreat spots around the home were intimate and the backyard with pool, spa and putting green was so healing! Quality property
Stayed here for a weekend lacrosse tournament at Polo Fields (less than 15 min). Every amenity we could have asked for. Detailed instructions on how to do everything. Great stay!

Birthday celebration
We booked this lovely home to celebrate our friends 65th Birthday. The property is as listed . Close to walking trails and mountains . Great appliances, new coffee maker with coffee, extra frig in garage . Nice wine glasses, baggies and lots of towels . The jacuzzi was perfect “hot”. The fire pit is gas so lasted all night to sit around and visit. Lots of parking and room for all. Thank you Jan and Mike !

Resort-like!
Staying at the house felt like we were staying at a 5-star resort. There was so much thought and care put into creating an environment that met our every need. We ended up ordering in mostly, so we could enjoy the house. I highly recommend Alpine Mills Bakery for their deli sandwiches—delicious and a short drive from the house.
When we did need to reach Jan, she responded right away. And if necessary, Jan has a trusted team that could solve any immediate issue.
We are looking forward to having the opportunity to stay there again!

Absolutely amazing!!
Everything about this property was amazing. The home is so clean and organized. Everything you need is available. We had a few minor issues arise but the hosts addressed it immediately and they are so very kind. It was our first time in La Quinta and we definitely plan to come back and stay in this home again.

Great last minute trip
We booked a very last minute stay and the owners were so easy to work with and quick to respond. The house was exactly how it was advertised and very clean! The backyard was beautiful and we really enjoyed the pool and putting green. It was the perfect 2 night trip and we look forward to returning!

We visit different cities in Palm Springs every summer and book vacation homes this home the minute you pull up it’s so nice the whole house is just gorgeous every detail to this property just makes you not want to leave and you will definitely come back .The owner Jan was so helpful from questions I had before checking in and staying she was so nice and professional she made our stay so enjoyable.My family were all so happy I posted in social media and had many ask about the home but pictures don’t do justice being here does especially the Mountain View just so peaceful I can’t wait to come back ...Book this home you won’t be disappointed 😁�

Truly Impressive Property
It's all in the details and the owners have once again made our vacation a memorable one. I took my sons (age 18 and 9) on a mother/son trip to La Quinta. This is the second time I've taken my boys to this property and I think it was even better than the last time! Every square inch of this home is impeccably decorated. The beds are seriously the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The kitchen has every appliance, dish, utensil you could ever need. The scenery is breathtaking and there is nothing better then swimming while being surrounded by the most beautiful, stunning mountains. Even though it was scorching hot, the pool was comfortable and we were able to stay in it all day long. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I just cannot say enough, this home is one in a million and I can't imagine staying anywhere else when coming to the area. Thank you Jan for impressing us once again! As my 9 year old son said upon arrival "This house should be on tv" and he's right! Feels like it is right out of a Pottery Barn catalog!

Nice quiet neighborhood, beautiful home & backyard
The area is quiet and in older part of La Quinta but not too far from a market or anything else you would like to do. The house is absolutely beautiful and decorated so nicely. It feels very clean and the backyard is just a little piece of heaven. The pool was clean and perfect temperature and the spa was amazing. The spa heats pretty quickly. The air conditioning works great! We had a little issue with the air on the 2nd night but the owners answered our call quickly and the situation was handled by the next morning. They were super about it which was refreshing! They even had there housekeeper bring us a fan. The went as far as making sure we weren't disappointed. I can't say enough good things about our stay and we will definitely book again!

Under the mountains
The property is very well appointed, clean and well managed. We enjoyed the pool and the putting green but the best part was the Mountain View! Beds, furnishings and all were very comfortable. It is a neighborhood setting, so you do have the occasional noises.... dog barking, garbage trucks and school kids. Overall, it was quiet for a neighborhood. We would rent again. Well done!

Fantastic Family Getaway
My family recently spent Christmas at the property, it has a great outdoor space that we thoroughly enjoyed. The home has a great layout, there were six of us with plenty of room. The only recommendation I have for the property is a much bigger water heater, we were constantly staging when people were going to shower.

Our family of 5 had an amazing time in this home. It is beautifully furnished and very updated. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. From beach towels to swim toys to kitchen appliances - the home has everything you need for a great vacation. The heated pool, spa and yard are perfect for outside lounging. What a wonderful home, we look forward to staying again.

Perfect weekend getaway
The home was exactly as pictured. Jan was very patient and helpful with all my questions. Very well kept and had everything you needed for a perfect weekend getaway including towels for the pool, utensils for cooking and comfortable beds for a good nights rest. My guests and I enjoyed the jacuzzi, pool, and spacious living room the most. We were sure to leave the home as clean and beautiful as when we arrived for the next guest to enjoy. Very nice home in La Quinta
I have rented 8-10 different homes in the greater Palm Springs area and this was one of the nicest. Great pool and spa with beautiful Mountain View . Clean home with modern furniture large flat screens in living room and all the bedrooms. What’s not to like.

The house was beautiful, fully equipped and clean. The owner was very quick to respond and easy to work with. It was the perfect get away to enjoy a relaxing mother’s day! I would definite stay here again.
