it was beautiful, the courtyard and the balcony made it feel very New Orleans, and in the perfect location, we could walk nearly everywhere we needed to around bourbon street, we had the perfect experience. the pride parade even came down right in front of our balcony!

parking was pretty far to walk with luggage

Location is second to none. Right on Bourbon. Very much an authentic Nola stay.

I had to leave.

room was great and clean. courtyard was perfect place to relax. location in the quarter put you close to everything without too much noise

The bathroom seemed to have some deterioration and wear.

I really loved it’s convenient location and access. it was simple, uncomplicated and had all the necessities.

Location was good. Bed was comfortable. Living area was comfortable.

I had no clue there would be construction going on when we booked. The workers were loud and yelling from 7:30 am until dark. We could not use the courtyard because of all the tools and materials. The hand soap bottle in the bathroom was empty and there was someone else's used towel and shirt hanging on the back of the bathroom door. There was no hairdryer. The carpet was not vacuumed and floors were not swept. The roll of paper towels in the kitchen were coffee stained at least half way through. The creamer container was almost empty and what was left of the sugar had coffee stains in it. There was a bottom fitted sheet on the bed, but no flat sheet, just the comforter. We almost couldn't get in the room because the latch on the outside shutter doors was stuck.
