The property was clean and the beds were comfortable . Great location! Walking distance from Bourbon/French Quarters if you like to walk 😊 We were able to see a parade at the doorstep which was amazing . The host Kim was absolutely amazing, very friendly and gave great recommendations on places to go/eat . We enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be returning !

I loved everything about the property!

Kim goes above and beyond to ensure all is prepared and ready for your arrival. The check in and check out processes are a breeze, and the property is clean, comfortable, safe, and in an excellent location. I am a frequent visitor to New Orleans, and will definitely remember this property for future stays.

The tv remote batteries were dying, but that’s just part of life and not against the property at all. I really don’t have any other complaints.

The place is noisy as it is directly on the main street. I think it is overpriced for what is offered.

Our room didn't have a sofa which was listed on the booking. The mattress was very uncomfortable and should be replaced; one side slanted to the middle. We had to stretch our sore backs each morning.

There was long dark hair stuck in the shower wall tiles , I did not expect to get two twin beds , I heard about 5-7 different voices directly outside the front door after 10pm and some of the dishes put away weren’t even clean

I cannot separate the accommodation from my whole experience in New Orleans, which has been wonderful all in all. The place was quiet and I found it clean (everything I look for!). The host was very nice and helpful. I will miss my walks in the morning from the accommodation to the city center, stopping by the Tremé Coffeehouse. I already feel some nostalgia!

I truly have nothing to highlight here regarding the accommodation as such.

The apartment is well furnished and has a fully fitted kitchen. There are a number of convenience stores nearby which means you can prepare your own meals if you are on a budget. The access to various streaming services was a bonus. Kim made me feel very welcome and made several helpful recommendations, including a branch of the Red Slipper cafe, which is about 500 yards down the road.

The bedroom door (in effect the front door, since this is a one room apartment) opens directly onto the street, which is a bit unnerving at night. Apart from the convenience stores the area is mostly industrial units and shops and not very residential so for going out probably best to use own car (since there is parking right outside the apartment) or an Uber. To be fair this is probably true for many hotels outside the city centre.

I had the most wonderful time! Kim recommended some awesome local restaurants and bars so we could experience the very best of what NOLA had to offer! There is a convenient gas station across the street that had snacks, water, and essentials so it was very easy to get what we needed for the times we didn't want to venture into the city.

Everything was great! I recommend budgeting some money for Ubers to visit French Quarter and other places. You could walk, but you probably don't want to!

The location was incredibly convenient, close to all major points of interest.

I think the only real issues were the shower door would sometimes slide open while in use and there was no toilet paper when we arrived but those are a minor inconveniences.

The location was perfect. Also the property manager was very responsive.

Unfortunately, unbeknownst to me, an animal died under the house and fleas invaded the property. I thought it was just a small issue, but once my efforts to rid them didn't work, I called and was informed about the animal. No one realized the extent of the infestation until I was ferociously bitten by them. I was only refunded one day, but I feel the owner should have refunded my entire stay. I, however, would give this property another chance because I do believe the incident was isolated.

The property was clean, comfortable, and had good amenities (laundry, coffee maker, etc).

The shower drain was slow, so water pooled in the tub during showers.

I loved how cute and nice it was inside! it was very spacious for being a studio and also they had a Roku tv with Netflix and stuff logged in so it was very nice!

the one door wasn’t hinged to the wall so we couldn’t really have privacy when we wanted to shower but other than that it was great!

The room is a 30 min walk from the French Quarter and has good connection to the rest of the city through nearby public transportation. There's also a Whole Foods about 4 blocks away. Kim was extraordinarily nice and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed.

The mosquitos are bad outside and in the house

Like the neighborhood it was seen and everything it was by. The cleanliness of the place. The home feel to it. Most of all I loved the big bathtub and the bathroom was wonderful.

There wasn't anything that I did not like. Right place.
