Réservez maintenant pour 2020! Vendredi revenez, évitez la circulation et passez un week-end complet! Vendredi - Location à la semaine du vendredi à partir du vendredi 26/06/20. 2400 $ par semaine. Les frais de nettoyage sont de 130 $.
Condo de fin d'unité entièrement rénové et mis à jour sur la baie au coeur de Beach Haven. Les nouvelles améliorations pour cette année (2020) comprennent une toute nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse, des climatiseurs à deux zones et un nouveau revêtement de sol Pergo dans le salon principal. Le premier étage comprend un grand salon pour sortir avec des amis et la famille à la fin d'une journée à la plage (3 canapés et un fauteuil inclinable, 1 est un lit gigogne), cuisine-salle à manger récemment rénovée avec table pour 6, 1 chambre (lit double et lit gigogne double avec matelas neufs) 1 salle de bain complète récemment rénovée. À l'étage se trouve la chambre principale (lit queen, futon pleine grandeur) avec une autre salle de bain complète, des placards surdimensionnés et une toute nouvelle laveuse / sécheuse. Grande allée pour stationner jusqu'à 4 voitures hors rue. Patio arrière privé avec table et chaises pour recevoir en plein air et grande douche extérieure. Accessible à pied à TOUTES les attractions de Beach Havens. Les meilleurs restaurants de l'île - Buckalews, Station 117, Tucker’s Tavern, Black Whale, Chicken or the Egg, Uncle Will's, Parker’s Garage. Accessible à pied à Bay Village et Fantasy Island, Ben & Jerrys, Mini Golf, Shopping, etc. Épicerie complète et magasin d'alcool au coin de notre rue. La plage est à 5-7 minutes à pied et peut traverser le boulevard à la lumière. De nombreux parkings publics sont également disponibles sur la plage et les toilettes publiques sont à un pâté de maisons. Les draps sont fournis, ainsi qu'un pack et jouer pour les nourrissons. Peut accueillir 6 adultes confortablement, plus d'espace pour les enfants. I traveled w 9 year old grandson, son and my husband. Plenty of room. Nice to eat outside on big picnic table. Great place if you have little kids. Stocked w kid stuff. 10 min walk to beach - faster for non seniors. 5 min to town. 5 min to marina and great restaurants. So location very good.
Cons: grill grates need to be replaced - rusty.
Didn’t like having to bring all bedding including blankets, pillows etc I’ve been told it’s an LBI thing, but it made work for me.
But mostly, I enjoyed Sam’s place!

We had an enjoyable 3 night stay the week after Labor Day. LBI was still in the summer mode, as all shops and restaurants were open. The condo is comfortable and clean. It wasn't as spacious as a couple of previous renters described it, in particular, the downstairs bedroom is cramped.. And the back patio is not private, as described. The steep stairs up to the 2nd floor bedroom are a little difficult to navigate. And virtually nothing in the way of essentials is provided --- not even garbage bags. That said, the living area is very comfortable, as is the bed upstairs. The host has taken a lot of pride in decorating the rooms. The TV setup is outstanding for watching live shows and streaming. The downstairs and outdoor showers are fabulous. The kitchen has been upgraded and looks very attractive. The parking in the driveway (could fit 3-4 cards) is roomy which is a bonus considering the prime location and proximity to the stores and restaurants.

We went for a quick get away with another couple. Second bedroom bedding would be better with 2 twin beds. Difficult to get in and out of the bed if they are two people. Also cleaning fee should include taking care of the sheets and towels once they are put in the washer.

The house feels much larger inside- due to the high ceilings and thoughtful arrangement- than it appears from the street, and there was more than enough room for our family of 4 and my visiting parents. The house itself is well appointed and has everything one could need for an extremely comfortable week. Most importantly, it feels like a home, which is unmistakably due to the owners, who clearly take great pride in the house and in sharing it with guests. Samantha was extremely helpful and informative leading up to our stay, which set a welcoming tone for a great week for all of us. Overall, we have nothing but good things to say about our experience, and thanks to Samantha and her family for a perfect week at the beach!

Property is brand new and it functioned accordingly. Host was very accommodating to two children, luggage and need for early checkin. Very tastefully decorated and comfortable for our needs.
