Jenny does a great job making sure that you are satisfied. (She also managed our previous beach rental and she is very friendly and accessible. The condo was well-stocked and had a comfortable furniture. (We only used the king size bed.) The kitchen has updated appliances and just got a new countertop. We enjoyed that the deck was so large and half-shaded. Also, we liked that we could access the beach from the back glass doors. Since you are right on the beach, you have easy access. There is a hose under the desk for rinsing. This condo is about a mile from the business section and 3 miles from the state park. So, it's a great location. Also, there are some resident neighbors who are friendly. We would stay here again.

The view is perfect. Easy walk to the beach. Nice size deck. The property manager is prompt and helpful with any issues. The laundry area is not actually in the unit but right outside the unit and you don't have a designated parking spot which isn't stated anywhere in the description and is a problem when you're arriving with all your stuff and when you're departing. I mean anyone can park in the few spots that are there. This can be simply fixed by putting a sign that says parking for unit 1. unit 2 unit 3 unit 4.? We did always have a spot right across the street. Overall it worked for us. The bathrooms are pretty tight and need updating but it was clean. Master bed was comfortable with plenty of blankets. We stayed for 2 weeks and there were extra trash bags, dishwasher pods and dish soap which was helpful.

This location is right on the beach! Super easy access to a very quiet and uncrowded beach. The unit is the perfect size for 3-4 adults. Equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils and gadgets. Plenty of bedding and towels for the whole week. The weather wasn't great the week were there, but we were still able to enjoy the beach from the partially covered deck. We hope we will be able to go back and have a week of sunny days! Highly recommend Aunt Ebby's Ice Cream on the island and Mangia 850 in Eastpoint, FL just over the bridge.

Nice place with great location.

We loved our stay here! The balcony was perfect and provided the most gorgeous view of the ocean. The property is literally on the beach. The condo was plenty big and comfy. The property manager, Jenny, was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Island Club. The owner thought of little convenient items like laundry baskets, drying racks which we thought were so helpful. The AC and the fridge were super cold and plenty of blankets if we got chilly. Will definitely be staying here again.

Best part is walking out to the beach and we loved how peaceful it was!!

Really enjoyed our stay. Condo had everything we needed and was just enough space for 2 kids and 2 adults. The property manager is also very friendly and responsive. Will stay there again.

Awesome vacation Can’t wait to come back

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The ocean view was exceptional. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, listening to the ocean, and watching the dolphins and fishing trawlers. The night sky and stars are something that must be experienced. It's an easy walk from the condo to the ocean, and the beach is beautiful and uncrowded. The other vacationers were very friendly. There are a number of nice restaurants to choose from on the island or in the nearby towns. We also took advantage of the fresh seafood, and bought shrimp to cook at home. Jenny was excellent, you can't ask for a more attentive property manager. All in all, it was a wonderfully relaxing stay, and we are already planning to return.

Very pleasant

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Great deck furniture! We spent our evenings after dark sitting out there listening to the waves roll in! Kitchen had everything we needed! Loved staying here!

Had a great time with friends who were escaping the northern Minnesota winter. Unit had everything we needed for a great stay. Location was great; right on the beach. Only negative was the internet connection was spotty at times. Didn't cause any problems. Would definitely stay here again.

Jennifer is a super sweet and helpful property manager! The place is clean, nicely stocked kitchen for cooking and you can't beat the loaction. My only request would be some decent beach chairs as the ones there were torn and rusty. However, you can always enjoy the great deck furniture and never leave the deck as the view is beautifull! When we booked this property, we were looking for a place that wasn’t touristy like Destin or Panama City. We wanted a low-key beach front property that allowed dogs. We hit the jackpot with this place. Arrival and entry was very easy. Jenny provided us everything we needed to know in advance. The place was perfection when we walked in. Extremely clean with a very nice deck with easy beach access. Everything you need is available in the unit. It is an affordable beach-front condo and it doesn’t get much better than this. The unit has heat, air, internet/wifi, Netflix, and more. We were glad dogs were allowed on the beach. Everyone we ran into was very friendly. Great shell collecting and very clean and sandy beaches. We saw dolphins, starfish, sea rays, and more. There are a few restaurants on the island, so it’s not completely without amenities in the area. Just don’t expect any chain restaurants or a large list to choose from. We went out twice, otherwise we cooked inside and enjoyed the great views from our deck during dinner. We really enjoyed our stay and we are definitely looking to come back and stay here again. Hopefully next time it will be longer than a week.

Fantastic two weeks on SGI. Loved the location! Quick and friendly communication with owner and all requests dealt with efficiently. Loved the community feeling of the building and enjoyed meeting our neighbors. A magical experience, we will be back and hope the property is free for us!

As soon as you open the door you see the ocean... what more could you possibly ask for? The property was perfect for what we were looking for; a place on the beach with easy access to the beach, that was affordable and comfortable. Could it use a little work? Sure. Are the bathrooms very small? Sure...But we didn't care. The beds were very comfortable, the furniture was very comfortable, and everything worked very well. We've already booked a return stay - so that should say it all. .We have 3 small suggestions that would only make it better: 1) more silverware and steak knives, 2) the railings on the deck could use some love (splinter hazard) 3) a screen on the slider in the bedroom so you can go to sleep listening to the waves. Don't pass this one up - it is a great location on our favorite beach!

We had a great time this year. The place was perfect equipped with everything that was needed. The best part is that it was just steps to the beach. I enjoyed sitting on the large back deck and watching the ocean! Jenny, the property manager, was so amazing, I had the pleasure of meeting her while I was there. Definitely plan on returning soon!

Our 3rd summer here - we love staying here and hope to return!

This is our second stay at this location and it was even better this time. The condo has everything you need for cooking and you cannot beat the location. Jenny is the best and is excellent at responding to any communications or issues.

Great vacation Views were great, had everything we needed, enjoyed the books and puzzles on the rainy days. Our only recommendation would be twin mattresses were uncomfortable for the adults sleeping in there and squeaked every time one moved. Probably would be okay for kids. Would definitely rent again
