Spacious Amazing 3 Bedroom!!!
Vous pouvez voir New York !!! du pont couvert avant !!! Nous aimons ce quartier que j'habite ici depuis 1997 !!! Directement de l'autre côté de la rue se trouvent 12 courts de tennis publics et un très grand parc comprenant un terrain de football, des terrains de basket-ball, y compris une grande aire de jeux pour enfants et un joli chemin pour faire du jogging ou du vélo, n'hésitez pas à me demander des raquettes et des balles de tennis !!!
Un parking privé est disponible 20 $ par nuit et par véhicule, cela doit être réservé et nous avons des places limitées ou un laissez-passer de stationnement résidentiel gratuit est disponible sur demande, le stationnement dans la rue n'est pas garanti, vous devez conduire et trouver une place avec 4 blocs de l'unité. Pas de parking garanti pour les réservations instantanées, le parking a peut-être déjà été loué.

I really wanted to be able to see New York from the house. I thought the view of NY at night was good enough to remind me where I was. We are from Texas, and it was our first time in the state. We were able to visit NY, and eat at a lot of good food in the area around the house. The park directly across the street is really pretty, and we only saw it in the winter.
The House layout it pretty cool. I would stay here again for sure.

I would rate our stay five stars out of a possible five
Peter and his team did an outstanding job. The location is so convenient to getting around the city. Very quiet neighborhood with quick access to the city. I would recommend Peters place to anyone. Peters help in navigating all the options in transportation was a tremendous help. Again if your looking for a clean quiet and convenient place this is the place. Job well done by Peter and team

I am very satisfied with my family's stay here. Peter and his family were very accommodating and wonderful. They were always available to answer my questions and or fix any issues in the house(which were none). I look forward to my next trip to New York/New Jersey. I plan to stay with them again and will recommend them to every one.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The apartment had plenty of room to spread out and having the balcony was a plus. It was relaxing to get away from the city and watch the park life in the evenings. It’s close to grocery shopping, and we had plenty of room in the kitchen.
We ended up using Uber (had planned on the bus and maybe the train). Uber is very convenient. Not cheap, but super convenient for the 5 of us.
We had minor issues with the air mattress and the patter of feet above. But it was all manageable.
A great, affordable place to stay.

Property manager and owner are very accommodating. Space is very clean and lots of room to stretch out. Right across the street from tennis courts, basketball and playground. Near Hoboken, which has a neat little downtown. Easy bus access to Manhatten. Would recommend!

Peter and Matt ensured that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were very responsive to any question or concern that came up and went out of their way to make us feel at home. They have multiple properties to meet the specific needs of their guest. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend, based on the great customer service, this property.
The property on 2nd street is across a beautiful park, close to the NJ/NY transportation and neighborhood grocery stores and felt very safe.
The property on Palisade is very spacious has a great view of Manhattan from the balcony.

The apartment was nice but when we were asked if there was anything else we could use to make our stay more comfortable we asked for wash rags and kitchen towels and did not receive them. My biggest recommendation would be to have those available.

Everything was perfect. With ton of space and acomodation were perfect. I strongly recommend this property for vacation rentals in groups.
