住宿設備都很齊全，有家的感覺，床鋪棉被很舒服，離市區也很近但在住宅商辦區內算蠻安靜的。

My family and I had a great time staying at ケイアイコンホテルズ 丸の内. We were able to visit different attractions in Nagoya and enjoy our time together as a family. The property is conveniently located close to a train station. There are also several coffee shops, conbinis, restaurants, and izakayas nearby so it was easy to get whatever we needed like food, basic supplies, etc. The facilities were perfect for a family staying for a couple of days in the city. We were able to cook breakfast so we didn't have to worry about traveling around the city on empty stomachs (not an ideal scenario especially with 3 kids in tow) and save money. We are also able to do laundry, which was very convenient as we didn't have to pack a lot of clothes especially for the kids. The host was easy enough to talk to via email. All communication was in English, and the instructions about check-in and check-out were easy enough to follow. The host also provided a house manual that included directions to the property and other helpful tips. When I asked about bicycle rentals, they provided me with the address of the closest one to the property. They were very welcoming and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property to large groups who are staying in the city for a couple of days.

The only downside, though, was we originally booked a two-bedroom property but was informed a few days before that it would be under construction during our stay. We were given the option to stay at another property (with only 1 bedroom) or cancel our reservation and have the payment refunded. However, we didn't have enough time to look for another place to rent, so we agreed to the new property. Although the new property was big enough for all of us (7 adults, 3 kids), there was hardly enough room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Some of us ended up sleeping on the floor. But it all worked well in the end, and we had a wonderful time in Nagoya. For long stays, instructions about garbage disposal (schedule, which plastic bags to use) should also be included in the manual.
