Absolutely stunning contemporary villa on a quiet street (with garage!), well-furnished (even with W/D and A/C). The location is incredible, just off the EcoVia bike path and first line to the gorgeous Ria Formosa. Partricia, the caretaker, is true darling as is the property manager in Lisbon. Overall, an exceptional stay. We can't wait to return!

Comfortable, spacious and easy access to the village

Excellent sea views from the large open style windows but the disadvantage was that you had little privacy from the road going by

A lot of space, perfect set up, we were 5, one child, the child's parents and Grandparents, the parents and child used the 1st floor bedrooms leaving us the Grandparents (up early, quiet) in the ground floor bedroom. Loved the ginormous space for washing and stocking everything, suitcases etc, big garage space, beautiful pool I found it had been another month than January with a child's pool, super exterior space with table and chairs and sun beds if needed. We loved this house, the bedrooms all ensuite were spacious with a 2nd terrace off the master bedroom. I can't recommend this house more, it was absolutely perfect!

Everything about our stay was perfect. Patricia welcomed us warmly, showing us around and explaining how everything worked. This was especially useful for the electric blinds, washing machine and tumble dryer, oven and hob. The local cheese, bread and pastry gifts were a nice touch. There was everything we needed to get us started, including olive oil and vinegar, etc. The view from the villa was amazing, frontline out over the river and sea immediately beyond. We mostly had the swimming pool to ourselves when we wanted to chill after a day’s sightseeing. The Ria Formosa park trail was a few steps away. The highlight for us was the flock of flamingoes a short walk away and Fuseta village itself which is very authentically Portuguese.

The pool was too cold for me to use in October but the child in our group didn’t seem to mind the temperature.
