Casablanca exceeded our expectations. We almost booked one of the beachfront hotels in Civitanova Marche, we were just having second thoughts about parking and breakfast selection. Thank goodness we stumbled across Casablanca! We booked a double room with a pool view and had a lovely terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Ample parking free of charge, superb breakfast selection - they gave us a piece of paper every day and we were supposed to tick off what we wanted to have for breakfast the next day, write down our room number, if we wanted to have breakfast in our room or downstairs in the restaurant and at what hour. We had breakfast in our room at 7:00 am every morning. They were always on time, everything was fresh and delicious. The room was very spacious, furnished and equipped at a very high standard: high-quality materials, excellent mattress (one of the best we've ever had at a hotel), very clean. The staff was nice and helpful. We didn't have lunch or dinner at the hotel's restaurant, but we noticed a lot of people were coming in and the restaurant was very busy (almost packed) at noon and during dinnertime, so I'm guessing food must be pretty good. Would definitely visit again when we're back in the area.

The property is new , rooms are very nice and well furnished. We took the king room with hydromassage that wasn’t cheap for 1 night. The restaurant is very good, food is well cooked and I would go to the restaurant again. The swimming pool is nice too, water is clean and well organised.

While I was trying the shower with hydro massage, the hot water stopped working and I couldn’t enjoy it. Also the tv stopped suddenly showing the tv channels. I raised it with the owner but they didn’t offer a discount, just said sorry.

The location of this hotel, on a hill just across from Civitanova Alta, offers great views of that medieval town and the surrounding countryside. The rooms are new and modern, very clean, and comfortable. We stayed in one of the rooms that face Civitanova Alta and come with an enormous terrace. There are many great things about this place, but the best thing in our opinion is the staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

This property definitely exceeded my expectation. It is a 3 star and i initially only booked because of the pictures and reviews from others. Then i realised i booked a 3 star..... would have betted that i would leave the place in the following morning..... not only i stayed the whole stay.... i even made an 4 days extension to my initial stay. The place needs a 4star rating.... Thank you to the whole staff who genuinely took care of my from the morning to the late evening. Excellent hotel. BTW... they do have a restaurant downstairs..... that is just woooaw
