We stayed in unit 3. Wow, what a surprise, a beautiful,clean unit, with plenty of room and a lovely grassed area, for our 10month Golden Retriever (even had a doggy door).Location Location, on the main st, 350-400 metres from Hotel, IGA and Beach, even a Vet across the road.Highly recommend 👌 Definitely will ne going back.

This unit is not being well maintained. Since my first stay in 2019 it has deteriorated markedly. In particular, the lounge is very badly worn & should be replaced, not just covered with a 'throw-over'. The lawn area was also overdue for mowing.Although the unit was 'spotless' I will no longer be recommending it. The rental has been increased & phone enquiries to the office were not well received. "We are automated now" was a n unacceptable response to a phone enquiry.

Great little unit and comfortable lounge and outdoor area. Central location quick walk to the beach,pub,shops etc. Very clean and well presented. Couldn't fault it. If we need accommodation there again this will be it.

Good facilities for boat only. Inside was clean but the bedding unsuitable for summer. The couch was a disgrace. Very worn and springs gone.The outside area was filthy. Dog hair everywhere and front screen door filthy. I cleaned for 1 hour!!!

Comfortable place, furnished nicely. Kitchen is nice and modern. It’s great that there is an enclosed courtyard and grassy front yard for the dog to be safe and run around in. Bedroom has enough room for a dog bed and a portacot. 5-10 min walk to the beach and few shops.

Good overall stay. Good location, easy access to main street shopping and beach. Minor street noise. Nice lawn area too, but lawn needs to be mowed. Unit was clean and tidy. Lounge suite is in poor condition and needs replacing. The top is peeling so a cover is needed. Not a comfortable sit. Lovely modernised bathroom and kitchen. Good water pressure. Great pergola area to relax, unwind and BBQ is provided.

We had a wonderful time. Even though the nights were cold, we weren't, the heater worked brilliantly. It is an awesome place to book for extended family so everyone can have their own separate accommodation while still being on the same property. Highly recommend to everyone. Bring our social dog as well, a place for all the family.

The apartment was easy to find, perfect quiet winter getaway. Couch definately needs replacing, bed was comfortable, RC- AC worked well. Kitchen was good and had all we needed, although we couldn't get the oven to work but Management got straight onto it and got it working for us, which was excellent. Shower was sensational although a ceiling fan or an air-vent should be installed to help air out the room, but thats just our suggestion.The free shared laundry facilities were excellent. Overall our stay was exceptional for what we needed. Thank you :)

After numerous visits to Pt Vincent we had another comfy stay in general. Noting the owners are replacing the very tired sofa as soon as practical. The unit is cared for & things replaced & updated when brought to the owners attention.Another lovely visit thank you.

As mentioned in a previous review the couch in the living area is very worn and needs replacing!
Microwave is old and buttons worn out and unit unstable.
Comfortable bed and quiet location.
Apart from the mentioned items it was a convenient stay for us.

We love Port Vincent, we’ve been using this accommodation each year for a while now as it really suits our needs; but it is getting tired and needs refreshing. It needs new outdoor chairs (only one chair was there), wine glasses (only one supplied), an exhaust fan in the bathroom, a new couch (the vinyl is breaking off all over the floor). A general clean up in the outdoor area and a decent spring clean inside.

Another comfortable stay, unit is bright and tidy. Updated oven and cooktop. Lounge needs replacing. Nice and secure. Close access to shops, pub and beach. My little dog loves the lawn area, which needs to be mowed regularly as he’s quite small and can get lost in the longer grass.

Previously I have loved staying here in unit 3. This time around there were many revolting things. I had to clean it before I could settle in. It was so bad the cleaner was sent out. Dog hair EVERYWHERE. What looks like pubic hair in the cutlery draw. Mice droppings and mice traps set. Not only creepy but a concern for my dog should they set one off. A mouse trap with a rather decayed looking mouse in it. Faecal matter on the toilet. The property manager was very responsive and I'm grateful for that. Considering I paid for a cleaning fee, what the heck did they do. I am being refunded for the cleaning fee. I disinfected everything in site. It was so very disappointing and made it difficult to feel comfortable in their. I've many photos. I've rated 1 for cleanliness because it wouldn't submit my review otherwise.
