Everything - so relaxing 😌
Nothing really but a small mini bar/fridge would have been good to keep drinks cold!

Beautiful view, staff were accommodating, complimentary breakfast was delicious!

Breakfast was very typical of Balinese budget hotels - eggs, fruit, pancakes, coffee/tea etc. Staff very friendly. Aircon excellent, good showers and comfy beds. Decent small pool and towels provided. Walkable to several restaurants and spa places.
Location not ideal - no beach to speak of at front, but you can walk to good one in 5-10 minutes. Hotel restaurant menu limited and quite expensive in comparison to others.

Thank you paus putih-Team.
Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer(+), aber es gibt keinen Strand. Für Strandfans eher nicht optimal(-).Am Pool gab es genügend Liegemöglichkeiten, auch im Schatten(+). Kein Baumschatten(-).

Great location
Family room was small with no privacy
The bathroom had small saloon doors and a curtain

Direkt am Strand und ruhige Lage
Klimaanlage funktioniert perfekt

Beautiful and quiet hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms are excellent. The beds were extremely comfy, the air conditioning was great and the rooms were nice and clean. The pool overlooks the ocean ( you can walk down from the front and its right there). Would stay here again :)
Having a mini fridge in the room would have been perfect, to store our cold water. But you can buy cold water from the hotel. The only other thing id point out is its a bit tucked away, so roughly a 15+ minute walk too places. If you can ride a scooter then its no stress as the hotel hires these out very cheaply and we also paid the staff on a few occasions to drive our friend around (like a gojek).

Beautiful bungalow resort. Great pool area. Food is surprisingly good. Very polite staff. Great value for money, would stay again.
The sun shines through the thin linen curtains but I still loved the place.

The property was beautiful set up and everything was arranged for us such as a private snorkelling tour and transport from the staff to dinner each night
It was a little far from the harbour but transport was easy to get

Rooms and pool were nice
Food was average and very over priced! Also the photos of dishes on the menu were only for display and not actually available....that's false advertising!
It is very isolated too with a 15min walk to nearest shop or restaurant that is along a dark road full of pot holes and uneven surfaces.
They also claim to have a bar, but it only serves beer!
All in all very disappointed with our stay and definitely won't be returning.

Paus Putih was in a fabulous location, close to Mushroom bay and walking distance to lots of restaurants. You could get a boat directly out the front of the hotel to the surf breaks and beach access when tide was out. The menu in the restaurant was simple but tasty and all the staff from the Gardners and cleaners to the restaurant staff were so lovely and helpful.
Pool towels were hard to come by and our hot water kept going out, but the staff were quick to rectify the hot water once notified. A water cooler in the restaurant to refill water bottles would have been a nice touch to reduce plastic.

The view from hotel absolutely stunning when sitting on a deck chair relaxing. The garden area at the hotel was so well kept, there was always someone doing gardening/maintenance.
I was worried what we had booked when we were driving in on the dirt road but once you get there and figure out the short cuts to walk to mushroom bay and along front of hotel on low tide you realize it's a great spot.
Room had good Aircon and staff friendly
The breakfast we had included in our room was simple but did the job. We just ate elsewhere for the rest of our meals as much more selection.
Our room never had warm showers in the morning but was at night.
No fridges in the room but was one you could use behind the bar to store drinks.
The beds had a thin top sheet but really could had done with a thin duvet to make sleeping more comfortable

Location and staff were great
We stayed for 5 nights and the towels weren’t changed once, even when we left them on the floor.
A fridge in the rooms would have been great to keep water cold

The resort is beautiful the bed was comfortable it was clean the breakfast was yum
Our room was noisy, it was a bit out of the way

The proximity to the water was wonderful & the gardens were extremely well looked after.
The rooms were more basic than we had hoped for & the restaurant seemed a little overpriced compared to the surrounding places.

Beautiful accomodation and views of Lembongan from the pool area. Air con worked well and rooms felt very clean and inviting.

The hotel manager went above and beyond to relay a mobile phone to us after we left it behind at checkout. At low tide, we had already been relayed out to our ferry to Sanur so couldn't backtrack. The manager got to the harbour and then took a boat out to come alongside the ferry and personally hand back to us. The phone case had bank cards and a driver's licence tucked inside so its retrieval was very much appreciated. Ferry passengers gave a round of cheers!
The restaurant bar area is great for children in the daytime as the fake grass area creates a small play area and a great nook for meals away from other guests' dining. Meals are basic and can be broken into an a la carte menu offering smaller dishes for kids. Just ask for French Fries or Icecream rather than buy a full meal. The gardens are lovely and some of the wooden boardwalk needs nailing down in places. There is a gardener in constant attendance if something is a little rickety. The location to Mushroom Bay is an easy walk though the road from the hotel to the main street is rough and unlit at night. The small pool is shallow, so lovely and warm to swim in but the wooden boards surrounding it get very hot. We had small children who couldn't walk on them, they just need more umbrellas or palm tree cover. The beds were comfy and the air conditioning nice and cool. The bathroom space is good, but the plumbing needs improving. If power on the island went out, a generator was immediately employed. Good wifi.
The private beach is very much tidal and small local boats are moored there so swimming might prove difficult. Shortcut access via the rock boardwalk is very slippery in places and would be dangerous to use at high tide.
The staff are wonderful, but not everyone speaks English. The hotel would do well to create a Welcome book offering taxi numbers, bike hire, tour guide information, a la carte menu, and a general warning about the tides. A general guide book would help guests orientate quicker when realizing some access is limited.

The owner, Johannes, was excellent and very very accommodating.
when we were there, the neighboring accommodation was making quite a bit of noise, especially in the early morning.

Stunning views, secluded location, uniqueness of bungalows. A/C in bungalows, intermittent WiFi, no TV. Excellent pool area. Small personal hotel.
Bathroom could have been cleaner, linen old & grey. Considering remoteness, there is a limited restaurant & scooter hire essential. No fridge in room but communal guest fridge.

No fridges in rooms, or cocktails

Cute little white huts, good A/C, nice pool
Very basic breakfast, prices for additional menu items very high. There is no beach in front of the hotel, you have to ride the Scooter to the beach as it’s too far to walk. The rooms are quite bare…

Was well built and nice design, but needs small improvements to be perfect.
The pool was dirty due the filter not working properly they said. Our main reason for stay is the pool as we have a small kid. Some recommendations, needs milk options for dairy free people, garden lights left on all night so rooms are lit up as no blackout blinds.

pool wasn’t clean, looked cloudy, couldn’t see the bottom. no fridge in room, bathrooms not too clean. could do with new taps/shower and road getting there is not in good condition

Everything! it’s super cozy, with a beautiful view, comfortable rooms, and super friendly staff!
The swimming pool was a bit too warm. Maybe the could put the water a bit colder to beat the heat 😅

I had the most amazing views in the morning, and it overlooked the sea. The pictures are what it is in real life. The location was nice, and the hotel have their own in-house activities/tour you can easily arrange with them. The staff was amazing and helpful through out my stay.
The driver they arranged for me from DPS to Sanur port was blurred, but it is not their fault.
My room was located next to the restaurant and check-in area. It can get a little noisy in the mornings if you are a light sleeper, but it's quiet at night.

Amazing hotel and such a beautiful place. Nice garden and clean bungalows. Breakfast was tasty and there were many choises.
Staff amazing, helpful and unbeliable helpful. I been really sick on my back and owner even gave my own cream to relase the pain. I loved this place and hospitality. Best stay during 4 weeks in Bali.
