Die Größe unsere Dachvilla war gut, es war sehr sauber und geräumig. Allerdings gab es hin und wieder Gekkos und Spinnen im Zimmer. Der Sonnenaufgang war sehr schön.

Das Frühstück war schlecht, das Abendessen ok aber teuer für Baliverhältnisse. Wir waren im Warung „nebenan“ essen. Es ist sehr abgelegen, es gibt keine Taxis und der Shuttle ist mittelmäßig. Wer also nicht sicher und gerne Roller fährt, hat ein Problem. Die Insel ist nicht ausgebaut für Touristen und wir würden daher eher ein Tagesausflug empfehlen. An der Poolvilla und auch am Pool gibt es ab 14-15 Uhr keine Sonne mehr und es gibt nur 12 Liegen für alle Gäste daher hatten wir nie die Chance auf eine Liege am Pool. Der Pool in der Villa ist sehr kalt und nicht gut gesichert. Nichts für Kinder! Auch die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen, absolut den Preis nicht wert. Unser Torschloss war auch defekt. Der Service war unzuverlässig und man musste andauernd nachfragen und auch die 100 Stufen vom Zimmer nach oben waren sehr nervig.

Väldigt vacker utsikt från hotellet och relativt fräscha rum. Det var bra att hotellet erbjöd shuttle service till olika platser på ön eftersom det låg såpass avlägset.

Extremt mycket trappor. Frukosten var inte alls vad vi hade tänkt oss, väldigt små portioner. Maten i övrigt på hotellet hade kunnat vara bättre eftersom man mer eller mindre var tvungen att äta middag där då det inte fanns några restauranger i närheten. Personalen på restaurangen var däremot väldigt trevlig men vi upplevde bemötandet i receptionen lite sämre.

Awesome stay - probably one of our best and most memorable stays during our Bali trip. Everything from the welcoming, the location, the general service, food quality and amazing spa options were amongst several highlights. Provision of scooter rentals at the property and fairly quick access to surrounding beaches. Our room was spacious, clean, private and the rooftop pool was the cherry on top. Awesome views of the sunset from the balcony - serenity at best!

Nothing in particular - we wished we stayed here longer!

- Excellent views - Comfortable, big villas - Clean and well maintained property - Smooth transfer arranged from previous accommodation in Ubud, including fast boat tickets - Delightful pool with a view and great water temperature - Snorkelling trip arranged was great. Captain Sea Star was excellent and took us swimming with Manta Rays & on a boat ride into Mangroves. He even helped my partner (who doesn’t know swimming) into the water and see the rays and fishes.

- Food can be a hit and miss. Menu could have more variety and options - Terrible, terrible WiFi, especially at the level of our Villa - Very sweet restaurant staff but could be better trained by the management. Things had to be repeated a few times - Bathroom is open at the top (no privacy issues) to help blend in with nature. This means many insects and leaves falling into the bathroom

The inaccessibility of the island and hotel with lots of stairs and no elevator. Spotty WiFi. Room invaded by moths. Exposed jungle bathroom.

Es war sehr schön und sauber. Der private Pool war ein Traum!!! Die Aussicht war klasse. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

The place it self a heaven and the staff were angels. The food was excellent. The manager Mr.Nur, is an exceptional human who always there to assist and help my family. We were well looked after. We stayed in Acala for 3 nights and that was the best place we stayed during our 10 days holiday. My honest opinion is, the Manager and his team, who made this place a "Heaven" We enjoyed the New Year's eve party which was organised by the hotel. Lots of singing and dancing. We were amazed with the talents of the staff who could sing and play instruments, including the Manager. I haven't seen such team spirit in any other places where I visited. What an amazing place with an exceptional team !!!!

La vue depuis le restaurant et la piscine à débordement est jolie. La piscine commune de l'hotel est très jolie et agréable. Le personnel est gentil et serviable. Le service du restaurant est long mais les plats sont bon et le prix est raisonnable.

Nous avons pris la chambre avec piscine privé. Nous avons été déçu .. La piscine est très froide et rempli de morceau de peinture écaillé qui s'effrite des bords. La vue donne sur un quartier d'habitation qui amène du vis à vis mais surtout les fumées âpres et toxiques des déchets que brulent les habitants tous les matins dés 6h. Les poignets des armoires de la chambre se détachent lorsque l'on essaye de les ouvrir laissant les clous à l'air libre. Les joints du carrelage de la salle de bains laisse à désirer ... Dommage pour un hotel de ce niveau... Attention également aux personnes à mobilité réduite qui devront s'armer de courage pour gravir les très nombreuses marches obligatoire pour se rendre dans chaque lieu de l'hotel. Nous ne bannissons pas l'hotel pour autant mais nous ne conseillons absolument pas les chambres avec piscine sur "toit" ou chambre seule et conseillons plutôt les petits chalets qui proposent un bien meilleur rapport qualité/prix. L'état des routes pour atteindre ou sortir de l'hotel est également en très mauvais état. Déconseillé pour les gens n'étant pas à l'aise avec les scooters.
