Very unhappy paid on my card in advance. What is the motel and they made me run my card again charge me two more hundred dollars besides what you charged for booking.com so I got double charged and it’s still on there. I’ll never go back again.

Room was very clean. Bed suck.

I am hoping for Booking.com to remove the last name “Anderson” from my personal profile and replace it with my legal name (which I entered on the online booking form) “Marsh”. My name is Sheila K Marsh and no longer Anderson. I almost did not get the room because the desk attendant could not locate my reservation (even by the Confirmation Number that I provided to her from my email sent to me by Booking.com).

Bad cleanliness, unclean washrooms , hair everywhere

Not a big fan of most facilities breakfast options, hot tray of eggs, usually scrambled and some sort of protein, today was turkey sausage of an unappetizing dark gray with no variations in color. Oatmeal and waffles offered as were muffins with no description, turned out to be blueberry. Tough choices for carb phobic guests.

front entrance needs to be redesigned. should be more wide open and flat (no curb) for handicapped maybe move planter in the middle to each side of pillars then they can remove the two orange cones that they have there now

Everything was good and comfortable

It was very pricey and 10 dollars parking fee a night was a bit much. Also the night front desk lady was so rude as soon as we walked in I had to walk out before things escalated . She had a real nasty attitude for no reason! so my husband had to finish checking us in!
