Great location and everything you needed for a little getaway. The house is big, so you don't feel crowded. Great neighbors. It has a bbq pit and at least 9 chairs and 2 tables for outdoor seating by the canal.

The one thing we did not like was Crystal the manager! She seemed irritated we contacted her for the instructions on how to use the thermostat. Also there was a bad odor in the main bedroom, and as we departed we found the smell coming from a dirty diaper that the cleaning crew overlooked. Once again when we contacted Crystal she was no help and once again seemed annoyed. Crystal if you read this, please find a job you enjoy. Hospitality is not for you!

The house itself was a great getaway, the view was nice. I only wish the weather had been a little bit better.

I didn't like the extra $80 fee when we arrived. Some of the furniture, the rolling chairs, were broken.
