I absolutely LOVE the 3rd floor deck. Such a beautiful view!!!

I'm personally not a big fan of stairs and this place has plenty. I was extremely disappointed that I was denied just a one hour late check out... The kitchen has a very small dishwasher that even the plates provided we're too tall and would not let the spinner spin freely. There was not a sponge provided to hand wash the dishes used. And after finding dirty dishes in the cabinets, anything used had to be cleaned prior to use.

The lights didn’t all turn on on the boat dock.

Think it's close Location for us was great had privacy and the luxury of fishing off the dock when not wanting to leave wife and kid behind. Also i believe it's a great distance to some of the major attractions at port isabel

The king size bed was a bit stiff but its understandable due to having people from all walks of life stay and you have to change out beds every so often. Also just as suggestion for people not to familiar with the area having some brochures or flyers available for like private charters for fishing, kayak rentals, or just a general idea of what is available to do in the area I know there was dolfin watching just a few block from the house but some easier to identify activities would be nice at the house.

It has 3 floors and a nice balcony at top that overlooked the area!

Wasn't aware of the $127 dollar cleaning fee. I believe was a bit excessive.

It was on the water and our fishing guide could pick us up at the facility

Shower leaked on the floor and you stood in water while getting dressed. We had 4 people in our party but only bedding for two, I requested twice for additional bedding but only received towels.

The views were breathtaking. Bathrooms were clean.

The bedding was not clean. We had to wash it before we could use it. It said there was a dishwasher, but there was not.
