The location is great and we love the pool at the Evian!

The area, decor, neighbors.

Not that there was anything the owners could have done but our living room tv decided to go bad two nights before we left. It didn’t phase us at all.

We would have loved to have known ahead of time about the stairs. My husband recently had hip replacement surgery and that was inconvenient. We had no parking the first night in our section and there was spiders and spider webs in the first bathroom.

Location was excellent. We loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the birds and animals. Furniture was all comfortable and nice. Kitchen worked well and had everything we needed. Neighborhood was beautiful. Centrally located on the island. Close to all kinds of great food and shopping. Overall, we LOVED our stay at Evian 154 and would definitely come back.

I would have liked a lounge chair or two on the balcony, although the six chairs and table provided were just fine. Water pressure and shower head in the master shower were disappointing, but I'm picky about those. Also would have appreciated beach chairs to take to the beach. We were able to rent them, but that was pricey.

Location, cleanliness, updated decor.

Could have supplied more trash bags and paper towel. Otherwise, had everything we needed.
