The room was great location for exploring Stirling and quiet enough (once the football stopped) - there's a playing field across the road. The apartment was really comfy, the beds were super comfy the light that came through the lounge windows made it feel super spacious and airy.
I would have liked bigger towels, and the kitchen could have been better stocked from a utensils pots and pans perspective. We were also unsure what checking out instructions there were, as we were not told what to do with the bin and recycling etc, Overall a great stay and would book again.

Clean, spacious, modern and cozy apartment, fantastic location! The apartment is also very quiet as it’s on the top floor and there are no neighbours around. I would say great value for what you get, would definitely return.
This didn’t affect our stay too much but I think it’s worth mentioning that baby cot bed doesn’t have a mattress so bring your own (we were told about no bedding for the cot bed, but not about no mattress), also the beds are quite small.

It was a great clean flat, in a very convenient location.
The only problem was that I had asked for an extra bed as there were 5 of us, but there was none, so we were 1 person less sheets and duvet.

Loved our stay, clean, fresh and comfortable, it was a lovely wee home from home with a gorgeous view of the wallace monument, would definitely stay again.
Only down side was the futon which wasnt really a futon. My 6 year old found it too uncomfy but we improvised and put the wee mattress on the floor and she slept fine there, only a small downside and wouldn't put us off returning.

The apartment is located a little way out of Stirling, it's around 30 minute walk to the centre and is very steep in places. Local taxis were great, just £5 each way to the centre.
The apartment is spacious and extremely clean and modern with full amenities; microwave, kettle, washer, cutlery and crockery. The bathroom is great, with toiletries and soft towels.
Seems very secure and no noise at all.
The mattress was very uncomfortable. The furnishings are to a high standard yet the mattress was very thin and we could feel every spring, doesn't make for a restful sleep at all.
No plug sockets near to mirrors in bedroom which makes using a hairdryer a little awkward

Could do with some added things to make it more comfortable eg more pillows on beds, hooks for coats, more crockery and glasses (we had to wash up to have enough for our party of 4). Fold up bed had some missing springs so was very saggy. Slightly noisy location if you had windows open at night

Lovely clean modern apartment. Very quiet with good kitchen facilities. Easy access with no booking in time restrictions. Lovely views . Nice and warm throughout our stay . Unlimited hot water.
Pillows a little flat . There was complimentary tea and coffee but if you are staying a couple of days bring extra and also you need to bring your own milk.

Lack of towels with 3 females , there was only a bath towel not one for washing our hair.Had to end up going out and buying some. The mattress in the large bedroom was very uncomfortable, also we could have been done with more pillows we ended up using the ones off the sofa.

It has a fantastic view of the Monument of Wallace, we loved it. The flat had everything we needed. It was very clean. We really would like to thank the landlady/landlord and this must be a choice of a family for a holiday to see the wonderful surroundings, Loch Lomond, Loch Katrine, and so on.
A more comfortable bed would be very appreciated. And the kids would be happier with a better wifi connection when we spend the nights at the flat.

Basic no coasters mats, only minimum mixed matched cutlery (3 forks, 3 tiny bowls)
Beds not terribly comfortable, curtains and blinds didn't block out any light in the morning.
A few areas that have been damaged and wear and tear. Large cracks on the ceiling, big dint in the wall and drink marks down the walls & rippled flooring.
The apartment was clean apart from a shoe print on the bedding and 2 what looked like fake tan feet marks on bath mat.

Good communication for the owners and easy access at any time with the lockbox for keys.
