Die Lage war für uns gut - Metro, Supermarkt etc. in Sichtweite. Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr schlicht gehalten.

Das Bad war sehr sauber, die Küche weniger ! Die Matratze hatte einen Plastiküberzug plus Spannbettlaken, was bei nächtlichem Umdrehen ( insbesondere zu zweit - ich war mit meiner Tochter da ) sehr störte. Zwei Stühle im Zimmer wären schön gewesen.

When I first entered, the shower valve was in a disassembled state. Fortunately, it was easy to put it back together.

8/10 I could see myself going back… The staff was super helpful & very clean. The property is cleaned daily by one of their building managers, fresh towels were provided, and pretty quiet for the most part for those light sleepers.

No breakfast, not even coffee. Building looked like a tenement.

Nothing. Nobody was in to let me in outside of the building or in. I have to asks a resident about the place. I had to sleep somewhere else. I’m not a difficult person. I’m not happy ,disappointed . Very bad experience.

No sign to make you know about accommodations. It’s in a residential building. It’s on the 2nd floor. The telephone have so much statics I couldn’t understand a word. I knocked on the door 3 times and wait between each one. I call 4 more times and nobody answered. I left my phone number and didn’t have a call back. I didn’t sleep there I received NO service. I was there for 20 minutes on front of the door. When I call the 6th times , I had already make other arrangements and left the area. I call to give a message that I was there in the building on front of the appartement door and nobody answered. The person answered and it was no static so I say I will not stay that I was there and nobody answered and I made other arrangements and left. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. Because of NO SERVICE, NOBODY THERE.

Refund me. Nothing.

Never stayed due to safety issue upon arrival. Left the apartment in less than 10minutes and told the host. But he has yet to refund me. Rude communications by host.

I did not use the property because the place looks like a crack house. The building is dirty, and crack-heads were all around the building. There were people drinking and smoking on the step of the building, and the main door was broken. I wouldn't recommend this property to my worst enemy. If you want to keep your good ratings, I recommend that you remove this property of your inventory.

The place was unsafe. Bums were drinking and smoking in front of the building. The door was unlocked, and people were entering into the building to pee, and God knew what. The place is deplorable.

The Facility's location. Many stores, restaurants are at walking distance. The place was clean. I felt safe for a woman traveling alone. Jeff, was the perfect host, available, helpful and kind.

The hole in the bathroom ceiling needs to be fixed :) .
