Was very comfortable and private. Decor was lovely, and the hostess was wonderful and helpful with prepared material about the location. And things to do!

The room tended to get very hot, and no way to adjust the temperature, outside of opening a window.

The room was beautiful, offered a full private suite with 2 baths and was very close to public transport. The price was also amazing for 2 beds.

Super cozy!! Comfortable beds, very clean, quiet during the night. We had car rental however location is easy accessible to bus or subway. Our host is super sweet! I will definitely be back!

this location is very ethnic and ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE NEAR NEWARK NWK Airport!! 3 hrs metro or $125 cab - you can hear the tv noise pretty loudly from up above late into the night - having to give $200 cash (def not 420 friendly!!) tells you a lot about the neighborhood and the trust in guests factor - I couldn’t even make a decent cup of coffee - to be fair I’ve been in Europe the past month where this would be a low 7 rental and I know they are trying very hard but I take these ratings very serious to make my decisions and if it was accurate I would have never booked this. very sorry but it’s just true

Everything was great quite and relaxing Cynthia was very welcoming I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay there I would stay there again if there is ever a need for it

Good transport network to see all of New York City. Extremely clean apartment and very helpful family. Smoke-free place. Apartment with fridge, microwave, coffee machine and hot and cold water machine.

It is spotless clean. Located in a safe neighborhood. Friendly owner provided us with many recommendations. The room was spacious. Bed was super comfy. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

It is in Canarsie, so be aware that you will have to take a bus and subway to get to the center. But it is well connected. The AC is loud- but that's a standard in US even in expensive hotels.

The property is absolutely AMAZING! I couldn’t believe my eyes. It was my first time staying in an air bnb so I was a bit nervous because of some of the horror stories. But this one exceeded my expectations. AND parking is absolutely upon request so it was so refreshing not having to deal with finding parking. Also, I’m a very light sleeper. So if there was any noise, the overall comfort of the property drowned it out. I REALLY felt like I was at home. I also felt safe.

Immaculate and pleasant home to live in. It was absolutely a joy to stay here. Upon arrival, The host treated us with a few bottles of COLD water. They also had a few more bottles of water in the fridge in the room. It is a small thing but important. The room was spacious. Everything is beautiful and well kept. The host is immensely pleasant to talk to and very helpful.

There was not a washing machine but a laundry mat is just 3 to 5 minutes away. There is nothing like a clean close.

My stay was great! The owner is extremely helpful, the rooms were insanely clean. No complaints from myself or my wife. We truly enjoyed our stay. The location isn't as centralized as expected, BUT the hospitality and cleanliness made up for it!

Cynthia and Mac were very friendly and helpful. As it was my first time in NYC, Cynthia explained about transportation and printed out about city attractions. The room is big and cozy, comfortable bed, big TV and clean towels, they were like new. The hotel located in 2minutes walking distance from the bus stop, that connects to the train station Canarsie- Rockway Parkway. Neighborhood is full of supermarkets and restaurants.
