There were a few small things that could use tending to but overall it was super fun.

We had an excellent time. The house is exactly as it is described. It's also very clean and well kept.

All in all we had a great stay, unfortunately the air conditioning did not work and it could be a little cleaner. Giulio and Bernadette are very helpful and always available.

The property was everything it was advertised to be. The kitchen was very well supplied with a variety of utensils, dishes and cookware…and in sizes for a large family.
Because the house is on a dead end, we had no problem parking all seven of our vehicles…something we were concerned about beforehand.
The teenagers especially enjoyed the rec room and the little ones lived in the pool. There is a large grass area behind the house where the kids could play kick ball and throw the football around.
We enjoyed our week very much!

Great location. Only one neighbor who happened to also be from Wisconsin. Might want to have cleaning crew clean around the baseboards. The first floor tile could use a cleaning too. If you walk barefoot or with socks the get completely black. Otherwise our stay was great.

House is very spacious and conveniently located. Everyone enjoyed the private pool and hot tub as well as the amenities offered by the resort. Really appreciated the large dining table that afforded us the chance to have meals together. A wonderful time was had by all.

This was the perfect spot for a large family (Parents, 4 siblings with spouses and their kids) to spend the week. So much space to spread out from one another for sleeping however tons of seating to enjoy meals together. The kids especially enjoyed the garage space entertainment. Short drive to gates at the Disney parks, close shopping, and close enough for a day trip to the coast for some beach time. Tons of time spent in the pool and spa. The lanai allowed for plenty of gathering space and the flattop grill was used for almost every meal. Last house on the road, only one side with neighbors and kids had plenty of space to play in the yard. The community pool was freezing cold water, we opted to return back to the house pool and spend our day there. The clean, gated community gave piece of mind for safety. Most definitely a home our family would return.

My family stayed in the house for a full week. It was a large group, and we had plenty of room. The kids loved the pool. The house is close to stores, restaurants and Disney. I would recommend this house.

Everything was good : conformity of the advertisement, location, communication, adaptability of the manager of the villa, equipment... We spent a week in the villa for a dance competition. We will come back again!

22 members of our extended family stayed in this property for 3 weeks and had a fantastic time. The owners are super-responsive and the information they provided was helpful and accurate. The property is deceptively large and easily accommodated and worked for our large group. There was plenty of parking for our 2 large cars and minivan. The on-site club was a great alternative to the villa and its pool. The only down-side of this is that you are not allowed to take in any snacks or drinks (including water bottles) - tricky with fussy children. There are many positives with this property including the extra large laundry machines, great pool & jacuzzi, games room, multiple TVs and overall space. A slight negative we found is that noise travels easily within the property so earplugs worked well for some members of the party. Overall though we would all definitely recommend a stay here!

The hosts, I speak on first for their top notch communication throughout the whole entire booking process, right up until checkout! Once we opened the doors to our week long home, it was instant paradise! We took advantage of the water park in there, this was probably the only disappointing part of our entire trip. After packing bags to tote a 2 year old and 3 year old, with snacks and filling their water cups… turned out you couldn’t bring any of your own snacks, etc in. Its okay though! The girls loved it we only spending about an hour to head back and eat something.
There were 2 toddlers and 1 infant- the house was made for children! Two cribs one upstairs and one downstairs, house was fully equipped with baby gate, pack and play, and high chair!!!
If you’re looking for a pool area to be in the sun all day this is it! - the hot tub was to die for! Plenty of pool towels, the space between the gate for the pool and the door going inside is also a perfect spot to sit outside and hang with family while having the kids outside to play, crawl, walk and not feel to crowded!
The hosts left very detailed instructions for check in- and any other items you’ll need throughout your stay and time of check out! If you need to contact them they responded within an hour or less!
We did Disney for a day and its only about 30mins.
We are a competitive family who grew up on pac man and Galaga … we spent HOURS after the kids went to bed living out our childhood memories!

Only problem I had was that the gate kept telling guests that they weren't on the list. One of my guests actually left and drove all the way back to Tampa. I was very upset about that. The Owners asked me to send the list of guests a day before we arrive, but I sent it the morning of, so it's partially my fault, but the list was never updated during the entire stay.

We chose this house for a weekend retreat for 15 women. We loved the size of the property as each woman had her own bed and there were plenty of bathrooms. The pool and hot tub were perfect! The communication with the owner throughout the reservation process, before & during checkin was so smooth!

This is a beautiful home that must get a lot of traffic, it was easy to communicate with the owner, the resort pool is lovely but they will not let you bring in anything other than bottled water and Publix is a 5 min drive. The host will set you up a starter set of paper towels, and each guest will have one set of 3 towels. The one fridge is regular size so coolers may be needed. Couple of things we didn't realize that were essential and needed to go get: scissors, sharpie markers, and oil. Overall it was a wonderful weekend, my 26 guests were together but still had enough space to enjoy themselves.

In June of ’22 we gathered our adult kids and grandkids here in honor of our 40th anniversary. There were 24 of us across 5 families, ranging in age from 2 months to 69 years. We*had*a*BLAST! As hosts of our family vacation we were looking for some key elements and this home fit the bill. The sheer size of the home offered us the spaciousness we needed to make everyone comfortable, including an adequate number of bedrooms and bathrooms. We particularly loved the big kitchen to work in, the abundance of roomy family areas to enjoy, the giant dining table, the bunk room for our plethora of boy cousins, the amazing game room, and especially the backyard pool and baby safety fence. Two rooms had cribs which were super helpful for our families with infants. I had honestly wondered from the gorgeous photos of the home if maybe this was too fancy for us – but rest assured – this home has a comfortable ‘lived-in’ feel that quickly put me at ease.
Our host was wonderful and super accommodating! He answered my many inquiries in a timely and even kind fashion. He even ‘same-day’ ordered us a baby gate and crib sheets that should have been in the home, but for some reason were missing from the inventory. We really appreciated his diligence and thoughtfulness.

The pictures do not do it justice. the house was gorgeous and perfect parking at the end since we had four cars. Giulio was very responsive to some small concerns we had (grill, but the property manager came by Saturday and explained they are trying to do away with grills). We had more garbage that could fit in the holder, so we left a tip for the workers. The house pool was fine and perfect temps. The community lounge pool was nice also, but water was colder than we expected. Overall, it was a great trip and a perfect house. Having a laundry room helped with us to leave the place like we found it, clean and towels folded. keep up the good work!

This is our first experience with VRBO and found it to be easier than expected. The home exceeded our expectations and we all had a fun time. The heated pool was a great hit as well as the rooms where we could get together to play games. We look forward to doing it again soon.

Overall a great accommodation. Everything as advertised. The bedrooms were perfect. Lots of linens and towels. The kitchen was stocked nicely with all utensils and plate ware. The only con I would have to say is that the BBQ needed a good clean. & the kitchen could use a deep clean. In consideration, I am OCD with this kind of stuff.

We had such a great week here! It was the perfect size for all of us to have enough room. We loved the game room in the garage and there was hardly a time during the day that we didn't have kids in the pool!
It was so nice to have all of the light switches labeled and to have not just a blender, but a VitaMix (which we use everyday to make smoothies and food for our special needs daughter).
The hosts were very quick to get back to us and make our stay wonderful! I would highly recommend staying here if you have a large family or group!

Really enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of space, close to everything. We have stayed in other rentals around the country the last few years as we do this yearly with our adults kids and grandkids and this home has been the best so far. Dead end street was our main attraction for so many driving and needing to park as well as the size of this home! More than met our expectations. Would definitely stay here again.

Couldn't have chosen a better home. More than enough room to park, 9 cars strategically. Huge pots, huge mixing bowls, more than enough utensils, plates and bowls. The home owner very responsive. Everything described 👌🏾. I won't put myself through the headache of looking anywhere else. Markets, stores, spas, outlets, amusement and dining close by.
