This was a nice property. The only issue I had was we left one bag at the property and I called the property manager Julia and explained that it was very important that we get the bag back. She said she would follow up with housekeeping and get back with me and I never heard back from her. I was very willing to pay for shipping and left the cleaning staff a nice tip. To me this was super unprofessional and essentially stealing. Make sure you do a thorough walkthrough because the staff will not report any items left at the property.

This space was perfect for two people looking to explore the Keys. It would work for three people but be tight for 4. It was clean, adequately equipped, and easy to find. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable place, particularly liked that the Owner had a new fishing pole and gear. Would def come back again. One service that really needs improvement is the lack of Wi-Fi connectivity for 2 days of our stay: called property mgmt #, but.. no action to fix WiFi.

The villa was very nice, saltwater pool a plus, very quiet and private. I would recommend removing upholstered side chairs and replacing the sofa (not comfortable & worn out) with a small scale sofa with a right return chaise. This option would be better for seating if indeed 4 people shared the space. We were only 2.

The cottage is very clean and had all the basics for our stay. The cottage is fairly close to the Publix grocery store and all the restaurants so location for all those amenities is very good. Our 1 and only complaint was the road noise. This cottage backs up to the main highway so there are cars and trucks constantly driving by. We wish we would have known this as trying to sleep made it a bit difficult for us. If you are a heavy sleeper it probably won’t bother you, but for us it was not that great. The cottage itself is immaculate, nicely appointed, small but ok for a couple. (It gave us a taste for “tiny house” living) our only complaint was the constant road noise.

This cottage was absolutely perfect for a weekend get away. Very clean, no problem with appliances, and a short walk to the pool. There were inside lights (like an alarm, fire, or motion) within the living room that went off randomly throughout the day. During the night, we just closed the bedroom doors so the light wouldn't reach us. This cottage is on a private lane, so you can walk without much traffic (which we enjoyed). We would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and very well maintained. Located very close to islamorada marinas. The pool is a 1 min walk and was really nice. I would rent again .

We stayed for just over a week and it was perfect! Clean, easy to access and just what we were looking for. We will definitely book again next year!

We had the best family vacation! The location is central to great entertainment and restaurants but also secluded enough to be a quiet retreat at night. Loved the pool and the cleanliness of the property! We can’t wait to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay in Cottage #7. After the hustle of Key West, this property was just what our family needed to relax and get on island time. The cottage was clean and had everything necessary to meet our creature comforts. The washer and dryer were a godsend! I appreciate landscaping and would like to applaud the person(s) responsible for creating the oasis surrounding these cottages and the pool. The location was perfect! It is situated only 5 minutes by car from Robbie’s and within an easy 10 minute drive to Publix. I would highly recommend this property to any small family traveling to Islamorada. If you have a larger family, look into renting an additional nearby cottage.

Really, all was well. The place was very clean. The only issues were they only provided 3 bath towels, although it sleeps 4 people and 1 roll of toilet paper. The other issue, although minor, was the coffee pot does not work properly. As far as location, if you are looking for a residence close to nightlife, this would not be your choice. If you’re looking for a quiet away from the rat race location, this would be a good spot even though it’s next to the main road. Bottom line, if we stayed in Islamorada again, we would stay here though.

Overall this was a nice cottage to stay at. We rented here for 4 nights. The property was short on toiletries. We were only provided 1 and a half rolls of TP, half a roll of paper towels and no extra trash bags. I called the management company to request more supplies and was told we needed to buy the supplies. I understand for some supplies and long term rentals but not a four night stay. Eventually the company told me housekeeping would drop off trash bags and TP the next day, but that never happened. Overall we were pleased with the property. However, if you’re planning a short stay, expect to provide some basic supplies for the property, not the other way around.

Great property on a lovely dead-end lane. Pool is great, and the yard is a nice spot to sit and enjoy a cocktail. Washer/dryer is a definite plus. We stayed with three adults, and it was a tight squeeze all around. One bathroom made for a lot of jostling for shower and whatnot, so bear that in mind if you have 3 or 4 adults. Property management was very easy to deal with and the overall property is immaculate and well taken care of. The ride to Upper Matecumbe is about 10-15 minutes, and we had great success with Uber and Lyft. Once your up island it's easy to walk to restaurants and brewery, etc. Absolutely recommend this property.

Our stay was perfect. Exactly what was expected. Very clean and was close to race start at Postcard inn. Coffee pot didn’t work on race morning but we manage to do a pour over coffee. Coffee maker was replaced that same afternoon. Pool was gorgeous. Just what we needed after 13 miles. Thank you!!

The house is wonderfully tidy and has been updated throughout. The neighborhood pool is a nice perk, and the house is centrally located for all that Islamorada has to offer. The house did not have a lot of the kitchen essentials such as salt and pepper, coffee filters, dishwasher or a place to dry the dishes. But we left some coffee filters and salt and pepper for the next guests and made do with a dish towel on the counter for drying the dishes. Still an excellent cottage and would definitely recommend and stay again.

Nice place to stay. Clean and very well organized. Had most thing we needed for a great week. Wish there was one additional place for relaxed sitting but still had a great week.

This little cottage was perfect for our family. It’s not huge but had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the cottage was clean and contemporary. Parking was perfect- just steps from the house. Despite backing to the highway we didn’t hear anything and slept great. We are scuba divers and could reach our dive shop within minutes. Location was easy in, easy out. Only thing that could have made it better would have been access to the adjacent canal to launch our paddle boards.

Great location, lose to dining, shopping and ramps. Cottage is charming, and clean. Stocked with everything you need.

The property was exactly as described. Loved the location and setup of the place. Everything was very clean. We will certainly check if this place is available the next time we are in the Keys.

We love the cottages and have stayed in a neighboring one before. A few thing baffled us though. One was why is the coffee maker a single cup coffee maker? I know only a small detail but seriously? Then the pots and pans for cooking are dollar store quality and in horrible shape. We not only had to go out and buy coffee in the morning but had to go out and buy a decent frying pan to cook our breakfast. Clenliness of the place was okay. Under beds and tables dust and dirt was build up pretty good. Then there the label maker stuff all over everything. We are adults. A simple sheet of paper with please do this and don't do that would have sufficed. I realize some people are slobs but that's why as security deposit is made. We will be back but not at this place.

This was the first time we had stayed in Islamorada and it didn’t disappoint! The Villa is exactly like the listing description...very clean and updated, quiet neighborhood. It is small, but was perfect for the two of us. We could walk the neighborhood, or the walking/bike paths along the main road, and the pool was clean and warm. The villa is close to everything we wanted to do. One of the great finds was Founders Park, and it is great for a beach and picnic day. Plus, entrance is free with a copy of your rental agreement. We also tried Mangrove Mikes for breakfast and Lazy Days for dinner on the beach. Both were delicious! We also visited our annual Key favorites (and highly recommended for future guests) Lorelei’s, for nightly music and the best Key lime Pie drinks, Sunset Grill for the pool day and sunsets, and Sparky’s Landing for the best key lime pie around! Couple things: Future guests be aware, the pool for this home is on the same side of the street, a couple villas down the road. We made the error of going to the pool across the street, and was quickly asked to leave! Lol. It was fine, we just didn’t know. Maybe a note in the Villa handbook? Lastly, if was kinda confusing the first day when we tried to find the home. Our GPS kept saying we arrived as the address we had was on the Overseas Hwy, but we finally figured out that the home is in a small sub off the Overseas Hwy. There is no entrance to the house from the Overseas Hwy, although the house backs up to the Hwy. All said, we would definitely stay here again, and highly recommends to others! Absolutely over our trip!
