Zarządzający to tragedia żeby w ogóle otrzymać kod do skrytki gdzie znajdowały się klucze do apartamentu trzeba było dzwonić 30 razy do biura a kod dostałem po czasie więc musiałem iść do restauracji żeby przeczekać , parking to udręka po przyjedzie dopiero dowiedziałem się że mój samochód jest za duży a jest to zwykły osobowy 5 osobowy suv , w recepcji powiedzieli mi że przez zarządców są mylnie wysyłane maile( dostałem takiego maila 30 minut przed przyjazdem )gdzie nie do końca jest wytłumaczone jak parkować na platformie i ludzie mieli przez to totalnie skasowane nowe auta co i mnie prawie dotknęło , kontakt z obiektem jest bardzo trudny i szczerze jeśli nie chcecie sobie popsuć urlopu nie polecam lepiej wybrać inną ofertę

Spacious open plan modern apartment with a great view over the river. The apartment was nicely furnished, and the facilities were amazing. It was great to come back to a sauna and the pool after a long day exploring.

Unfortunately a lot! Here is a summary list: - Strong bad smell of cleaning products when arrived to cover up urine smell - Smell of urine coming from bathroom for the rest of the stay - Broken lights in bathroom - Broken buttons on the washing machine - No washing machine provisions - Broken shower in bathroom (fixed shower head spraying water outside the cabin) - Scratched headboard in bedroom - Minimal tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper - Bare minimum cooking items (pans and utensils etc) - One key card not working - Rude member of staff working at SPA/pool (not speaking a word of English) - Poor standard overall… especially annoying when paying premium for access to SPA/pool (also open in limited hours during the day!) When rising number of issues to the reception, starting with a persisting smell of urine coming from the toilet, we’re told that service needs to come and ‘confirm’ the smell. We’ve asked specifically not to just send cleaners and cover everything with chemicals again as we had with us a little baby. Shouldn’t be surprising that this is exactly what they did - sent two women (not speaking English) who covered everything with strong chemicals, so we had to leave the house for a couple of hours. In return, we were offered an apartment twice as small with no bath or washing machine which we wanted for the little baby. When we called this out and called that a joke, there was no more actions taken for the rest of our stay. We were trying to look for a positives, but all that experience was topped up with rather cold and arrogant people living all around the building, and a Saturday party in the flat next to us.

Bardzo dobry kontakt z paniami obsługującymi obiekt. Miejsce świetne na rodzinny wyjazd. Apartament duży, czysty, z pięknym widokiem. Miejsce parkingowe i dostęp do basenu w cenie apartamentu to ogromny plus! Sam basen i sauna - rewelacja! Wszystko nam się podobało!
