The host was nice and responsive. The room was clean. Could see the acropolis but not worth it for the negatives we experienced.

The horrible stench in the building all the time-sewerage downstairs and laundry upstairs. The noise from the street and nesting birds, to the point it affected sleep. The bathroom not being separated properly from the bedroom. The bathroom door broken and shower with little pressure. Breakfast was not to standard (we did not order it for our second day). No reception on site. Air con didn’t work properly.

Very nice apartment. Very clean and had everything we needed. Super comfortable bed. The staff were very helpful via text and they answered all my queries. Beautifull view over Athens and you can see the Acropolis.

A lot of homeless people in the streets at night.

Perfectly clean, location was excellent, attention to details (we had everything we needed starting shampoons and showel gels to olive oil). We did not cook since it was a short stay, but you could if you wanted to.

It was a wonderful place to spend our time in Athens! Walking distance from all the big sites, which was fantastic. The owners were very responsive as well.

We reached at night and the brightly lit up Acropolis could be seen from the room. It was magical.

Based at the heart of Athens on walking distance from Monastiraki square and tube station. Located on a night life hot spot combines the location of the property with a clean and very comfortable room.

Only thing to like was the proximity to the centre of Athens

Entrance and access to the building was dirty, we only found the entrance through a friend who spoke Greek. apartment located on 8th floor, lighting in lift and stairs very poor, building smells bad, on the other floors building rubbish everywhere. Unable to use laundry facilities as suggested because they were always full of washing. Bathroom door not sliding properly, water pressure in shower impossible, generally the apartment was dusty/dirty. Could add photos but not possible as says file size is too small!!?

Location is great. Walking distance to city center and all major attractions.

the building is very old, creepy and the main entrance smells really bad. No 24 hour support. If you need something at night or face an issue at night there is no one to help. The door know for our room was broken when we arrived and we were unable to close the door from the outside wihch was problematic! When I booked, by mistake i booked for a 1 person instead of 2. So i was asked to pay an extra 10 euros per night for the other guest because it will cost more to clean the room. The room was never cleaned and we even ran out of toilet paper during our stay as the toilet paper provided was more than half used.

Location very central - 6mins walk from Monistiraki metro station. Host was responsive and there was an option to keep our luggage stored for a short time after check out

I didn't like that the bathroom was so close to the bedroom and not separated properly by a wall but rather by a transparent plastic wall covered with curtains. Also the place is very loud on the streets and you will struggle to sleep - something to consider for long stays. We also found that the AC was very loud and did not feel effective - it was very warm at night despite it on its coolest setting. There also wasn't really any space/table to open up our suitcases and had to open them out on the floor. Finally - the location when you enter the property name onto google maps takes you to a different triple A apartments - stick to the address given on booking.com

Internet could have been a little faster. Just a suggestion.

I asked for a later checkout 2 days in advance and didn't get an answer. By the time I did , I was told the rule was 10am and that was that. What decent airbnb sets a checkout time that early? In the contract or not? On top of that, the cleaning lady came and rang at 9h45. Very annoying after having arrived at 130am on a late flight....I would NOT book again for this reason.

Breakfast! Its fantastic breakfast...always delivery to my room on time. :) The landloard is very friendly and help...awesome people!
