Outstanding!!! It is in a very peaceful area that is 5 to 10 minutes drive from all the hustle and bustle of tourist's activities. I've stayed in condos/houses from Hawaii, to Texas, Colorado to South Dakota, Daytona beach to this area of Florida and this home is in my top 2 favorites for all that it provides. The dishes and silverware were plentiful and of good quality. An enclosed swimming pool and patio area keeps the bugs away while all your stress melts away. 3 bedrooms all with queen size beds means it REALLY does sleep 6 adults. The living room and dining room are a good size for entertaining 6 people. The kitchen was a little cramped but only if you are doing a lot of cooking with more than 2 people in it. The only problem was we had to leave. ;)

Loved this rental, clean, easy access to stores & anything you would need, most of all beaches. Would love to here again next time!

My spouse and I so enjoyed our stay. The house was very comfortable and spacious enough to allow family members and friends to visit during our four week stay. The outdoor space including the screened-in pool was ideal for early morning coffee and meals. The neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located for many sightseeing trips. We found many nearby restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We would do it again.

Great Place , Nice Pool

We loved this house! The kitchen was very well supplied. We loved the pass thru window from the kitchen to the patio and ate many meals outside by the pool. It was so nice to have a grill. We swam and hung out by the pool daily. There were so many extra touches such as the beach bag, towels, toys and chairs for the beach. We flew in so we couldn't bring these items for our trips to the beach. It was so handy to have a washer and dryer. We were able to park in the garage. TV's in every room though we didn't watch much TV and when we did we enjoyed the comfy furniture in the spacious living room for family TV night. Pool was a little chilly despite keeping the cover on when not in use, but the temps were mid 60's when we were there so this probably couldn't be helped and definately not something to keep us from coming back. There are so many extras the owners thought of...we would love to come back again.

Our stay was great, the house was as is was listed, nothing fancy, but adequate and well stocked. The beds and living room furniture are quite dated and could use an upgrade. However the pool was nice and warm, kids and adults loved it. The location was great for the beaches, nice quiet neighborhood and 10 minutes to restaurants. Our Wi-Fi didn’t work for our stay, but a new modem showed up on our last night, so it should work now.

overall stay was great. house is very nice. clean, didnt get to us pool due to weather being tad bit too cold. Kitchen while on the small size was well appointed with all utensils and accessories.

This was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. This was our first time to the Indian Rocks/Bellair/Clearwater area and it far exceeded our expectations! This house was perfectly suited to our family of 7. Plenty of space, the pool was incredible, and the drive to the beach was short and easy with plenty of options for parking. The restaurant selection was wonderful and there were grocery options close by. The neighborhood itself was incredibly quiet and peaceful. There were plenty of towels and beach chairs ready for our use. We loved that the kitchen window opened onto a small countertop out in the pool area. The washer and dryer were very nice! Our ONLY suggestions for improvement are that the remote controls for the televisions and DVD player and ceiling fan have their batteries checked prior to families staying. A trash can in the pool area would be nice, as we grilled a few meals out there. The pool light bulb needs replacing. And the oven screen is nearly unreadable and made it difficult to use and figure out what the oven temperature was. Also, the ice maker on the refrigerator didn’t make more than a few cubes at a time. These things are very minor in comparison to the overall niceness of the place. It is DEFINITELY a destination and home that we hope to return to again!

We absolutely loved staying at this property. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. They even included cups in the freezer ready for your cold beverage. The oven is a little small. Our couple that stayed in one of the back rooms said the room was warm and bought a fan. The pool was a dream!!! Very close to several beaches.

About half way thru our stay, the pool turned green after a heavy rain. We called the property manager and she said she would contact the pool service. They didn’t come out till Friday, the day before we left. The pool guy half way brushed the walls, poured some chemicals in and left. Pool was still green when we left Saturday morning. Need a new pool service company.

Great place to stay at, neighborhood is amazing. The only thing I was not happy with was the TVs, the service that they have is not good and they are outdated and the remotes don’t work half the time. But other then that it’s amazing.

Enjoyed the quiet, walks around neighborhood and heated pool during the day. Quick drive from Clearwater/St.Pete Airport and to the grocery store and restaurants made this location very convenient for me and my family on vacation- thank you for sharing your home with us.

This is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood near the beach. My niece and nephew enjoyed the pool immensely and it was a short drive to the beach. My family enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again. We had some travel challenges and had to rebook and the host was understanding. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great week at this house. The pool was pristine and warm and we had a lot of fun. The house was clean and just as described. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. The only downfall was the TV in the living room is too outdated. With the technology of today and the need for Netflix, Hulu, etc., this TV needs to be updated.

Enjoyed our stay nice pool a couple miles from the beach. Very clean could use some updating especially the kitchen is small, but overall we had a great week.

The home is SUPER clean, spacious, and beautiful. Perfect for adults and kids with the screened in heated pool, grill, and outdoor furniture. Lights around pool can be dimmed for night time pool and outside time. Several low key quiet, and popular beacheds are amazingly near just across the bridge. Great food, and shopping are amazingly near at Clearwater beach. Clearwater beach and entertainment area is just ten minutes drive over two bridges. The neighborhood is quiet. It was great to have the connected two car garage as we could come and go without privately as opposed to sticking out as the “new neighbors”. It was also great to be less than five minutes drive from Publix grocery store, gas station, and a few spots for coffee and breakfast. We loved our stay ans can’t wait to come back.

Most amenities were very basic, pretty old, and I suggest the owner refresh and update some things which would make this even nicer. But we would definitely stay again and for the price we got more than we were expecting here. Bellaire is such a nice area, close to many things but also away enough to have quiet. Definitely recommend if you want a place in this area.

The house was clean & we enjoyed the screened in pool very much during our stay. Location is in a nice neighborhood. Close to everything & not far to the beaches.

Things in the US weren't that great at the time we visited the property, but we did enjoy having the property to stay in. It was very clean and had a nice pool to pass time

Childfriendly neighbourhood, very clean and the best of all is that the pool has a mosqitonet . Beautiful beaches near . We had a wonderful time and have realt not so much negative to say. Mayebe the sofabed was not the best bed to sleep in , but we are a big family so we had to use the bedsofa. A very clean house.

This is an older home but in nice condition. The kitchen is small, but adequate. The pool and surrounding patio is a great place to relax anytime of day. Two things to be aware of: oddly the two smaller bedrooms don't have A/C vents. They do have ceiling fans, but if you close the doors for privacy it is a bit warm for comfortable sleeping in the summer. Also, the bathroom next to these bathrooms does not have an exhaust fan, so it gets really steamy and hot when taking a shower. The location is great -- in a quite neighborhood, but within easy driving distance of a grocery store.

I have enjoyed a total of three weeks at this home and I will absolutely return. The owner Karen is very good at taking care of any requests you may have. The home is clean and well taken care of. the cleaning lady is wonderful, the pool man is great and Charles the maintenance man is very helpful. I will recommend the home to all my friends.

So enjoyed our family stay! Beautiful spot close to everything. The neighborhood friendly and lovely to walk each morning. The pool was the icing on the cake . Beach chairs, towels and toys were available . The grill was wonderful for cooking at home with kids . Pool floats had holes but left a new one behind. Thank you for sharing your home .
